Hillcrest-Tuscaloosa 55, Hueytown 45 Final

Hillcrest-Tuscaloosa

#3 QB [player_tooltip player_id='235351' first='Ethan' last='Crawford'] (6-0, 208) Senior - Crawford is becoming one of the best QB's in Class 6A this season. The Southern Mississippi commitment is not only the superior runner but has a strong arm that can make any throw on the field. Crawford has the speed and size to run between the tackles or can bust the big run around the outside for big plays like he did with an 82-yard touchdown run last Thursday night. Crawford is more than a game manager at the quarterback position and can make plays with his arm or feet. Crawford does a great job of keeping his eyes downfield, even when a play breaks down. He can stay in the pocket or move in the pocket and make the throw. Against Hueytown, the senior quarterback completed 10-of-16 passing for 177 yards & 4 TDs with 173 yards on 18 carries & 2 TDs.

https://twitter.com/AL6AFootball/status/1568068619497574401?s=20u0026t=vIsg4xOIwFdQuSr6twSvtg

#4 RB [player_tooltip player_id='127815' first='Jamarian' last='Johnson'] (5-10, 200) Senior - Johnson spent a lot of time in the weight room, and it has paid off this fall season. The senior running back has good speed for his size and can break the long run. When he makes the first cut, Johnson does a great job of running downhill. Johnson has excellent vision and can hit the hole in between the tackles. He has good hands that can catch it out of the backfield and is a good pass protector. Johnson had a 38-yard touchdown in the game.

https://twitter.com/AL6AFootball/status/1568031637442646017?s=20u0026t=vIsg4xOIwFdQuSr6twSvtg

#11 WR Jamarcus Prince (6-2, 183) Junior - Prince scored on two touchdown receptions for Hillcrest in the win. The junior wide receiver is a big target and is not afraid of catching the ball in traffic. Good speed with soft hands and is a playmaker for the Patriots' offense. Prince will have a chance at playing football at the next level due to his 6-2 frame.

https://twitter.com/AL6AFootball/status/1568044426458550278?s=20u0026t=vIsg4xOIwFdQuSr6twSvtg

Hueytown

#1 QB [player_tooltip player_id='413903' first='Earl' last='Woods'] (5-11 175) Senior - Woods is a dynamic quarterback that is working hard on being a complete player. One of the quickest quarterbacks that can cut on a dime and make a defensive player miss on a tackle. Woods is a player that can run the ball, and with his quickness, it is tough to get a good hit on him. Woods has improved so much in the passing game, and he is a complete player that is so dynamic with the ball in his hands. Woods completed 14-of-26 passing for 174 yards & TD with 201 yards on 31 carries & 4 TDs against Hillcrest. Woods has offers from Army, Central Arkansas, Grambling State, Jacksonville State, Middle Tennessee State, Morehouse College, Navy, North Alabama, Samford, and UT Martin. Woods looks to commit very soon in the next few weeks.

https://twitter.com/AL6AFootball/status/1568065523514048516?s=20u0026t=vIsg4xOIwFdQuSr6twSvtg

#6 RB Ja'khael Rowser (5-7 165) Junior - Another dynamic runner with the ball in his hands. Rowser had close to 200 total yards rushing and receiving in the game. The Junior running back can make the long run anytime he touches the ball. Rowser can run around the tackles and is one of the best running backs in Class 6A in catching the ball out of the backfield. The junior running back has soft hands and runs excellent routes. He can create a problem for defenses that use a linebacker or safety on him on pass routes. Rouser has a high motor with great speed and footwork. He can turn a short pass into a big play. Last season, Rowser had over 1,600 all-purpose yards. He went camping at Western Kentucky in the off-season. He runs track for the Gophers.
