Ojullo is a girty player with a great work ethic and with a quick frame and size, which allows him to get to places quickly. When lined up at cornerback, he can make some good tackles and get to the quarterback to get some sacks as a quick defensive back. He works well in the scheme of zone coverage, he can get to anyone open and apply quickly along with effective pressure on him. Ojullo is a great defensive back who can do just about anything you need him to do on the defense. On offense, Ojullo is a slot receiver who excels are running routes. He can make quick breaks and turns to not only get open but cause chaos on the defense by messing up their entire defensive scheme. Ojullo beats one on one coverage and can speed past anyone to get passes down, making him an effective player on both sides of the ball. Ojullo had a great season last year and it will be exciting to see what he can do at the varsity level.
Owen Langerock – Aberdeen Central, 5’11” 172lbs, DE
Langerock is a trench warrior who can stifle the offense and keep their running game in the ground. Langerock can give you coverage just about anywhere on the defensive line, meaning his potential as a front 4 man is nearly unlimited. He is a keen pass rusher who can cause the QB trouble by overpowering his offensive line and getting to anyone that is in his way. Blockers have a hard time dealing with Langerock, not only for his size and frame, but his use hands to use tricky moves to move past anyone in his way. Langerock is easily the best as a run stopper, who can move in and around the offensive line, and bring the running back to the ground. While not the fastest, Langerock can use bursts of explosiveness off the edge to catch running backs who try to come around the edge and make good tackles to help his team. Langerock will be a fun player to watch at the varsity level this year due to his skill set always translating well.
Kalaho Lyongola – Sioux Falls Jefferson, 5’6″ 140lbs, ATH
Lyongola is a gadget player on both sides of the ball who can provide value just about where you want to put him. Lyongola plays so many positions that he did not take a majority of snaps at one position or the other. As a linebacker, he is not the best rusher but he is very smart and agile in his moves to make tackles and take command of a defensive front that will help his team recognize and stop players before they can come to fruition. As a defensive back, he is a pest and makes the receivers lives not very fun for them to deal with. As a receiver, Lyongola is a speedy slot receiver with a determination to get passes and always try to get open. He likes to make broken plays intoto his advantage due to his quick thinking and witty ability to read what’s happening. Lyongola will most likely have to commit to one position at the varisty level and he will have success when he gets there.
Elijah Boutchee Elijah Boutchee 6'2" | 230 lbs | DL Pierre | 2025 State SD – Pierre T.F. Riggs, 6’2″ 195lbs, TE
Boutchee is a beast in the style of his game, put it simply, he dominates anyone that tries to stop him. As a tight end, Boutchee is almost the perfect player that you would want of your tight end. Boutchee is a beast of a blocker, he stops pass rushers and makes the defense’s life just as awful as it can be when he is the one stopping him. His blocking ability at this level shows talent and dedication to the position. His work ethic is something that every single coach would want, and his ability to always outwork everyone is something that everyone should want as a part of their game. Boutchee is also an elite pass catcher, while big as a tight end, he can run and get open for deep passes downfield. Boutchee is a dual threat tight end who is going to dominate defenders for the next few years to come and will be looking foword to see just how much he can outwork his competition for years to come.
