<p>[player_tooltip player_id='115524' first='Jaedon' last='Matthews'], <strong><em>RB, Saguaro '24:</em></strong> Matthews definitely opened up some eyes last week. First play from scrimmage he snagged a check down and was able to take it 60 yards to the house. Excellent balance, lateral mobility, vision, and top end speed to to finish a big play. </p>

<p><strong>Timothy Allen</strong>, <em><strong>WR, Mountain Pointe '23:</strong></em> Allen establsihed himself as an emerging game changer for Mountain Pointe. He snagged a deep TD in which he displayed good top end speed to take the top off the defense and solid boundary awarness to stay in bounds for six. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='214075' first='Jonathan' last='Kubat'], <em><strong>RB, Corona del Sol '23:</strong></em> Kubat had a 3 TD night against Horizon which included a 70 yard screen where kicked in that track speed to burn past that Horzion D. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='42899' first='Kavaughn' last='Clark'], <em><strong>RB, Centennial '23</strong></em>: Clark caught a swing pass and was able to take it 50+ yards to the house. He ran through an arm tackle and was able to utilize that lateral mobility to change direction and spring himself into open field. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='394834' first='Jonah' last='Flowers'], <em><strong>LB, Valley Vista '23:</strong></em> Flowers had himself a big day frequently making plays. He did a solid job diagnosing plays and reacted well, and showcased his speed and range to make plays sideline to sideline. </p>

<p><strong>Nikko Boncore, <em>WR, Cactus '25:</em></strong> Boncore had an impressive 15 yard TD on a fade in the back of the endzone. Excellent body control with the ability to leap up and snatch the ball out of the air to win that contested grab for six. Definitely a kid I expect to make a name for himself this fall. </p>

<p><strong>Isaiah Arriola, </strong><em><strong>DB, Cibola '23:</strong> </em>Arriola had a big hit to break up a hitch and brought the juice to that Cibola D. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='358530' first='Viliami' last='Tongotea'], <strong><em>RB, Buckeye '23:</em></strong> Tongotea busted loose for a 75 yard TD run. Solid intial burst with top end speed to run untouched. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='337924' first='Levi' last='VanDyke'], <em><strong>ATH, Prescott '23:</strong></em> VanDyke did a solid job at CB and did a great job breaking up a would be TD on a fade. Sitting in cover 2, he recognized nobody coming into the flat and utilzed that recovery speed to get downfield and punched through the ball to break up that fade. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='110153' first='Chris' last='Arviso'], <em><strong>QB, Mountain Pointe '23:</strong></em> Arviso was throwing dimes all night flashing a bit of everything like touch, velocity, finesse, off platform, etc..Overall an impressive night for Arviso. </p>

<p><strong>Alex Vaughn</strong>, <em><strong>ATH, Prescott '23: </strong></em>Vaugh made the transition from QB to WR this offseason, and was able to snag a 50+ yard fade for a TD where he utlized that top end speed of his to get over the top. </p>
