The Anniston product plays with a bully mindset and looks to dominate his opponent every rep. With a pair of vice grips for hands, once he establishes inside position, the defender just has to live to see another down. He's extremely physical at the point of attack, and guys seem to bounce off of him whenever he engages in contact. He also shows excellent lower body strength when driving defenders out of the play. In addition to his power, McElderry is fully capable of getting the second level and laying guys out like a linebacker as a lead blocker. Baker has a solid blend of strength and swiftness to his game. He's strong enough to be an asset in the run game and frequently creates holes and drives defenders off the spot. However, his mobility makes him highly effective as a screen blocker. He shows nice hustle and mobility when clearing the way for the catcher to get downfield. This also translates to his ability to chip in and advance to the second level. He's exceptionally mobile and fluid for his size and is elite when working to the second level. However, he is also very sound in his pass-blocking technique. Harris shows good bend, posture, hand placement, and a solid base to keep his QB clean. He's consistent in Physical at the point of engagement and can create instant wins at the line of scrimmage with his strength and tenacity. With solid short-term burst, size, and strength, he's able to open up runs between the tackle and on the perimeter. The Montevallo product has tremendous lateral quickness, moves well on pull blocks, and makes bone-crushing blocks in space. He also plays with good leverage in one on one situations and can generate pancakes consistently. Though he is the lightest guy on the list, he uses that to his advantage when pulling, getting out on screens, and exposing mismatches beyond the line of scrimmage. He shows great awareness when keeping his head on the swivel and finding who to block when working downfield. Though he's a quicker lineman, he has enough strength to hold his own in one on one situations and provide solid protection as a stationary blocker.
