2024 Pass Catchers That Could Breakout This Fall

The youngsters featured in this article have already displayed a ton of potential on film, with a few even picking up an FBS offer. However, I think this is the year where they take off and become major impact performers at the varsity level. I believe colleges will soon know these names, and we could expect to see some offer lists expand quite quickly.
