<p>We're back in the "Show-Me State," this time looking at rising junior pass catchers. The state of Missouri is loaded with talent; from St. Louis all the way to Kansas City. The youngsters featured in this article have already displayed a ton of potential on film, with a few even picking up an FBS offer. However, I think this is the year where they take off and become major impact performers at the varsity level. I believe colleges will soon know these names, and we could expect to see some offer lists expand quite quickly. Here's who to know!</p>
