Springstead Seniors Are Ready For The Challenge

<strong>SPRING HILL SPRINGSTEAD FOOTBALL</strong><strong> 2022</strong> <strong>Head Coach:</strong> Frank Hynes <strong>2021 Record:</strong> 6-4 <strong>THE EAGLES</strong> When you are building a program to compete with some of the local teams, getting off to a 4-1 start is the right way to do it. While the end results weren't what this program wanted, those early season wins against Inverness Citrus (35-0), Weeki Wachee (37-0), Dade City Pasco (24-0) and Crystal River (14-7) showed this team that when things come together, positives happen. Last year's junior class learned plenty about winning, leading and what needs to be done to put the Eagles over the top – and now that they are seniors – they understand what late season wins against Brooksville Central (48-0) and Lecanto (41-6) mean to building the program. It's that senior class that gets the spotlight and they are ready for the challenge to get this program into the playoffs.
