ATH Grant Foster, Orland HS
Foster is one of the most dominant players across the Northern Section regardless of school size and put together a very impressive 2021 season. Smooth in his pedal, he breaks quickly to the ball and has natural ball skills with return ability and open field speed. Physical when in the box, he is a sure tackler that thumps and drives through contact. Seemingly always around the ball and making big plays, he is physical near the LOS when jamming and can jump routes and trigger quickly while showing good overall speed and burst after the catch.
WR/DB Payton Harbin, McKinleyville HS
Harbin is a recent transfer from Eureka High School and a big time threat on the outside and a physical presence. He has strong hands in traffic and some downfield speed to create separation while able to win on 50/50 balls and is a big time target in the red zone. At the next level, he can play a variety of positions and is a very balanced player that should be a big time addition for the NCS D7 playoff caliber Panthers in 2022.
ILB PJ Modena, Half Moon Bay HS
Modena should fit nicely at the inside linebacker position in college as he is a big and physical presence in the middle of a tough Half Moon Bay defense and has the size and overall athleticism to be an impact college player at some level. A downhill in the box thumper, he is physical near the LOS with his hands when getting off blocks and brings a nice thump at contact while able to close quickly on perimeter plays and quickly diagnose plays quickly.
RB Antonio Seastrunk, Esparto HS
Seastrunk is one of the top offensive weapons across small schools in Northern California and is explosive and physical with the ball in his hands while running tough in-between the tackles and quick enough to bounce it outside if needed. Having a strong build, he is a compact runner that is elusive through the hole with strong contact balance and a natural forward learn while able to break arm and ankle tackles with strong contact balance. Overall, he is a very solid back that has a good floor at the D-III+ level in college.
