Lewis & Clark is in Portland, Oregon and has recruited very well in California. The team has 30 players from the state on its roster.
Starkey is 5-foot-11, 260 pounds and is an interior offensive lineman. He is a solid pass blocker who sets well, has quick feet and keeps his hips square. He uses his weight and strength well as a run blocker, although he could improve his pad level a bit.
Blessed to receive my first offer to Lewis & Clark! Thank you @JoeBushman5 for this opportunity! @LCPiosFB @coachsclater @Passing_Academy @Grool9 @CoachScottRob @CoachIrsik1 pic.twitter.com/oeV1nAkGLx
