We are glad to welcome in new additions to our 2023 Prep Redzone Pennsylvania Rankings this weekend. Our "New Additions" piece will highlight some of the new names that have been introduced to the rankings. Over 200+ new names have been discovered throughout my travels, that including camps and showcases, team practices, 7v7 tournaments as well as word of mouth from coaches around the state. Below are just some of the need offensive linemen on our recent update. We hope to see each climb our rankings in the future.
<em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="358126" first="Spencer" last="Law"] | 6’3, 305 | Red Lion </strong></span></em>
Awesome trench man who can be equally effective on both sides of the ball with a great 4.0 GPA. 9-minute tape full of this young man creating displacement. Love his ability to win after initial punch. The initial punch is a good one, where Law succeds is in succession to said punch, showing real drive and leg-churning ability. This skillset makes Law an ideal finisher in the run game. Tackle and defensive tackle capabilities, putting up 6 sacks on defense last Fall. Was very close to receiving an FCS grade out of me.
<em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="358118" first="Isaiah" last="Kerns"] | 6’0, 270 | Pine Richland</strong></span></em>
Strange that this is the time we add [player_tooltip player_id="358118" first="Isaiah" last="Kerns"] to our rankings. Isaiah missed numerous games last year due to injury, yet his short junior tape was still mightily impressive. If you want to see Kerns’ best tape, plug in his sophomore tape that includes play that earned him 1st-team all-state honors. Can consider him a tad bit undersized, but not too much considering his play at center and defensive tackle. You could argue that Kerns’ size is relatively ideal, considering how well he moves laterally after the snap. We project Kearns to be a lineman who would succeed in a camp setting.
<em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="358392" first="Jaylen" last="Allen"] | 5’11, 250 | Monsignor Bonner</strong></span></em>
Say what you will about undersized linemen. You have one in [player_tooltip player_id="358392" first="Jaylen" last="Allen"], yes. What you also have is a prospect with one of the best motors on this list that was a staple in helping stud 2022 RB Mason Peterson win PCL MVP. A prospect who rep in and rep out overcomes his height deficiencies while flooring potential tacklers. Often providing reps at tackle, one would assume Allen projects to contribute at guard if he pursues football at the next level.
<em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="358056" first="Cole" last="Kozlowski"] | 6’4, 280 | La Salle College</strong></span></em>
La Salle often deploys extra offensive linemen on either side of their tackles, actual linemen rather than big tight ends who can block. [player_tooltip player_id="358056" first="Cole" last="Kozlowski"] is often the extra man who can eat up edge defenders or instantly get into the linebacking core to get into what would normally be his second-level block. This alignment isn’t his only role, as Kozlowski can still play either natural tackle position and do one hell of a job in run-blocking, where the majority of his reps fall. Would love to see Kozlowski’s abilities in pass-protection, an area that if proficient could land him a true FCS grade out of me.

<em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Thomas Dincher | 6’3 | State College</strong></span></em>
The name [player_tooltip player_id="99862" first="Michael" last="Dincher"] is known in recruiting circles for obvious reasons. If you recruit State College, Dincher’s name might be the first you’ll hear from the coaching staff. Unbeknownst to us, Michael’s brother Thomas Dincher is just as much a quality player as anyone at the program. Incredible hand placement. Great understanding of assignment, showing great quickness off the ball to his man. Incredible drive matched with a motor that wants to punish any defender in his grasp. His tape wowed me an earned an almost instant FCS grade.

<em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="358262" first="D’hani" last="Mowatt"] | 6’4, 275 | West Chester Henderson</strong></span></em>
Might be the first prospect on this list with trustworthy pass-protection reps. Henderson asks quite a lot out of the senior offensive tackle, often showing the full spectrum of what one would consider your ideal right tackle. Mowatt lists at 6’4, which is just barely meeting the threshold many colleges at the FCS level require out of potential starting right tackles. The tape is a bit on the limited side as far as rep count goes. A full season of dominant tape could help this young man reach levels he hasn’t yet seen.

<em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="358112" first="Tristen" last="Showers"] | 6’0, 240 | Lampeter Strasburg</strong></span></em>
Here’s a kid who caught the attention of most collegiate coaches at our camp. Named an OL top-performer, [player_tooltip player_id="358112" first="Tristen" last="Showers"] solidified his case to not only being ranked on our site, but to earn some traction in recruiting as well, that being in way of offers down the line. He’s another prospect who might be a tad-bit undersized, yet his showing at our camp had him winning damn near every rep against D1 competition. His tape is no joke either. I would trust Showers to provide linebacker reps for my defense, considering how well he moves in space.

<em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="320991" first="Xavier" last="Lozowicki"] | 6’6, 290 | Cardinal O’Hara </strong></span></em>
No offers on this kid is baffling. The only reason we didn’t slate this kid as a top 125 player was his lack of traction which is a real head-scratcher. One of the more dominant tapes you can plug in from any offensive linemen in this class. What’s even better, Lozowicki is doing this against some of the best athletes and edge-rushers in the state, playing in the Philadelphia Catholic League. This towering prospect having no offers to his name is incredible.
