That being said scroll down below and take a look.
(23’) Zaire Pilgrim Zaire Pilgrim 5'10" | 160 lbs | DB Cedar Creek | 2023 State NJ , Cedar Creek
5’10 160
Mr. Pilgrim had a solid junior year. He was a huge contributor on their undefeated (12-0) season and Group V state title. Pilgrim is a very tough defender and doesn’t back down against the run. He is a good tackler and shows good strength shedding blocks. Pilgrim does a good job with route recognition and disguising his coverage to make plays. Pilgrim has good straight line speed and can run with any receiver in the state. He finished the year with 2 INT’s, 36 tackles, 1 TFL and 2 FR. Pilgrim will be a key factor heading into this season as Cedar Creek will look to repeat at the state title.
(23’) Ryan Foley , Haddonfield
6’0 175
Mr. Foley is a good athlete that is coming off a productive year. He has good size and plays with good instincts. Foley has long arms and uses them to disrupt the timing on routes. He plays with good discipline and can play both off-man and press man coverage. In off-man, he does a good job staying patient in his back pedal and reading his keys. Foley has a fluid back pedal and has very good ball skills. He finished the season with 8 tackles and 2 INT. Foley will look to build on this season and I am sure he is having a great offseason. Expect Foley to make some noise this season.
(24’) Nasir Mahmoud , St. Joseph (Hamm.)
5’10 170
Mr. Mahmoud was a big part of their defense. He made a huge impact in close games last season. Mahmoud did a good job limiting big plays. He has a good feel for the game and plays with good instincts. Mahmoud will always trust his eyes to lead him to making plays. He is solid coverage and reacts to the ball quickly. Also, he understands where his help is and does a good job being aware. He finished his sophomore year with 2 INT’s and 17 tackles. Mahmoud has tremendous upside and is just scratching the surface of his true potential. This year will be the season to prove he can play the next level. Expect offers to start coming in for this kid.
(23’) Greg Boggans, Cherry Hill West
5’11 180
Mr. Boggans is a good athlete that can play at the collegiate level. Boggans is quicker than he is fast and reacts to the ball quickly. He plays physical especially at the line of scrimmage. Boggans is discipline and does not bite on double moves. He is also a good open field tackler, tracking the hip and anticipating the cut back. Boggans had a solid junior season. He showed flashes of playmaking ability where he finished with 2 INT’s, 1 sack, 2 TFL, 50 tackles, 1 FR and 1 FR/TD. Boggans is the leader of the defense and will lead his to success.
(23’) Roman Kuzmick, Kingsway
5’10 150
Mr. Kuzmick is a two-way player that led his team in interceptions. He is the corner that will cover the opposing teams best receiver. Kuzmick plays with good toughness and awareness. He is solid in run support and will most likely never get beat on the deep route. Kuzmick has good footwork and smooth hips and transitions very smoothly in and out of his breaks. When the ball is in the air Kuzmick will make a play or come down with the interception. Although, very few teams like try to him , some do and will instantly regret it. Kuzmick finished the season with 3 INT’s, 1 TFL, 36 tackles and 1 FR. He had a very impressive season and will be a key factor this season.
