The Prep Redzone Prospect Tour makes a stop in Alameda, CA this weekend and there are some quality players from Southern California scheduled to attend.
Here are some top offensive players from Southern California that are expected to be at the event.
[player_tooltip player_id="219675" first="Jeremiah" last="Claiborne"], Damien: Claiborne is a downhill runner who has very good field vision and isn’t afraid to lower his shoulder and run you over. Once he gets going he has good speed and I am interested to see what his numbers are in the speed and agility drills. He should be one of the better running backs at the event.

[player_tooltip player_id="219817" first="Brayden" last="Downen"], Lakewood: Downen has a 6-foot-2, 205 pound frame and has some arm talent. He can fire it in there on intermediate throws and throws pretty well off-platform. He makes good decisions with the ball but sometimes eyes down his primary target. He can definitely be a quality lower level college quarterback and may be one of the better quarterbacks at the event.

Xzavior Guess, El Modena: I have been driving the Xzavior Guess bandwagon and there is plenty of room to hop on before he has a huge sophomore year. He is a lefty who can make the short throws and I am interested to see how good his arm is at the event. He should be one of the faster quarterbacks in attendance. He is outstanding in the zone/read game and I am interested to see how he improves as a passer once his body grows a bit.

[player_tooltip player_id="261786" first="Trey" last="Kukuk"], Capistrano Valley: Kukuk is the guy I have seen the most in person on this list. He is a true dual-threat quarterback who can make plays with his legs. He has a good arm and really has some heat on his short and intermediate throws. He is a guy who may get some surprise Division 1 offers this season and has gone on some unofficial visits. He works hard with quality coaches and was one of the vocal leaders of the OC Elite passing tournament team. He should excel at this event.

[player_tooltip player_id="145229" first="Tyson" last="Ruffins"], Long Beach Poly: Ruffins is one of the biggest names going to the event and has been gaining a lot of steam on the showcase tour this offseason. He is one of the stronger linemen in his class and has the versatility to play tackle or guard. He will likely be the best offensive lineman at the event with offers from Nevada, Morgan State and Fresno State among others.

[player_tooltip player_id="241619" first="Paden" last="White"], Alemany: White was stuck behind two Power 5 level running backs at Alemany last season but shined in the chances he got to play under the lights. He has a nice stiff arm and can break tackles. He has track level speed and is one of the top hurdlers in his area. The speed isn’t glaring on film so I am interested to see what his numbers are in the speed and agility portion of the event. He performed greatly at the Polynesian Bowl combine and will likely be great at this event as well.

[player_tooltip player_id="115423" first="Jordan" last="Anderson"], Millikan: Anderson transferred to a loaded Millikan team from Warren. He is one of the biggest names that will be in attendance with offers from USC, Tennessee, Oregon, Michigan, UCLA and others. He can make big plays after the catch and adjusts to the ball well in the air. He was a primary target for top quarterback and Tennessee commit [player_tooltip player_id="25390" first="Nico" last="Iamaleava"] last season. He is one of the more explosive receivers I have seen this offseason.
