Jalen David | 5’10 190 | RB | L.D. Bell (Hurst, TX)
Jalen stands out at as an elusive running back with good acceleration and break away speed, with excellent balance to compliment. On a well-built solid frame, Jalen is very capable of bouncing it outside, while also being able to run between the tackles. Whether you need a short yardage gain or you are looking for that one play that takes you all the way down the field, Jalen can execute. Lastly, he runs routes out of the backfield very well, with soft hands to make almost any check-down pass or drawn up quick pass catch.
Victor Chionuma | 5’10 173 | RB | Rock Hill (Prosper, TX)
During my visit to Rock Hill, it was apparent that Victor possesses high leadership qualities. In observing him, it was noticed that he stays in the playbook as he knew the offense soundly. Victor is versatile, as he is able to catch passes on short or long routes out of the backfield or run the ball up the gut to for a good six to seven yard gain. He possesses a very durable frame and good center of gravity. Expect Victor to have a stellar 2022 season.
Hayden Norwich | 6’4 305 | OT/OG | Chisholm Trail (Ft. Worth, TX)
My time visiting Chisholm Trail in Ft. Worth was well spent in getting to observe and meet Hayden. Playing left tackle the majority of the time, he dominates the defender he is assigned to. Hayden is also really agile and physical for his size, pulling on a run play or looking to layout a linebacker, he does it very quickly and efficiently. He is always moving towards his assigned defender with his head up and latches fast and firmly. Hayden also excels in Track & Field competing in Shot Put and Discuss. In Shot Put, he placed 7th in the State (6A) with 57’2.5″.
Justin Qualls | 5’10 175 | ATH | Shadow Creek (Pearland, TX)
Justin’s athleticism allows him to line up at running back and wide receiver. Packing a ton of speed and explosiveness, Justin gets on his horse early. At running back, his explosiveness allows him to get outside in a hurry and elude defenders on the edge or pound it between the tackles. When lined up at receiver, he is very disciplined at route running, accompanied by soft hands and great body control. I foresee Justin having a breakout season.
Joshua Nwankpa | 6’5 339 | OT/OG | Terrell
Joshua’s agility and strength really impresses. Gets set quickly along with a quick get off to latch on to a defender and keeps his eyes up. Really good footwork when he drives a defender. Joshua shows signs of being a versatile offensive lineman with the ability to play on with the left or right side. It is apparent that he is the anchor of the offensive line. Joshua works on his strength by competing in powerlifting. In 2021, he earned 2nd Team All-District honors.
Sean Ramos | 5’11 175 | QB/ATH | Pleasanton
Sean displays great mechanics on his drops and just before setting his feet to throw. Good velocity on the ball after loading his body. I see him as a Dual-Threat Quarterback as he possesses the ability to tuck it and get loose on top of the speed he shows. He threw for over 2700 yards last season, completing 63% of his passes, and accounting for 37 touchdowns. Sean is entering the 2022 season with a purpose and a drive. To emphasis on his speed, he was a state qualifier in the 4×400 meter relay and recently ran a 4.57 40 at camp.
