OL [player_tooltip player_id="336827" first="Jackson" last="Fullmer"], 2023
Fulmer has solidified himself as the top offensive lineman in the state and will have a monster senior season for Rocky Mountain high school. He is a mauler in the trenches and will find success at the power five level in college.
TE [player_tooltip player_id="336826" first="CJ" last="Jacobsen"], 2023
On an absolutely loaded roster, Jacobson is a big-time target with very impressive athleticism for his size and has extremely strong hands downfield. He shows some wiggle in his game and is tough when blocking near the line of scrimmage. He checks in as one of the top tight ends across the western region and will be one to watch in 2022.
S [player_tooltip player_id="336857" first="Troy" last="Wilkey"], 2023
Wilkey is a true field General and a very explosive single high safety with outstanding ball skills and natural instincts. He has big time playmaking ability and reads route patterns well while having a quick trigger in run support. He is the top safety in the state and although a bit undersized, more then makes up for it with his high football IQ, motor and natural feel for the game in both zone and man coverage. Any college at the next level will get a steel in Wilkey.
WR Luke Luchini, 2023
The 2023 Prospect is a big and physical downfield receiver they can make contested catches underneath and body smaller defenders in the red zone. He shows first step quickness off the ball and has strong hands in traffic while understanding body position and boxing out defenders at the point of attack. He will be another big time weapon on the outside this season.
LB [player_tooltip player_id="336844" first="Gage" last="Tanner"], 2023
Tanner is one of the leaders on a absolutely loaded defense and a downhill throwback and physical style player that explodes through contact and is very effective in the run game. He has fluid hips in space while able to trigger successfully and shows a quick play diagnosis in both the run and the draw/screen game.
DL [player_tooltip player_id="336858" first="Kade" last="Steadman"], 2023
Steadman can move all over the defensive line and is twitchy for his size while an anchor against the run. He also does have pass rush ability due to leverage athleticism and power pass rush moves at his disposal. Against most all opposing lineman, he is a mismatch inside or on the edge and plays with a relentless motor. Brown has been the first Division I school to offer.
OL [player_tooltip player_id="336846" first="Zach" last="Penner"], 2023
Penner is another one of the top offensive lineman in the state and plays with a nasty streak and shows good athleticism on film. Blocking for [player_tooltip player_id="336849" first="Arthur" last="Williams"] who is a dynamic playmaker, he will help lead the way for this offenses tough running style.
QB [player_tooltip player_id="336869" first="Tegan" last="Sweaney"], 2023
Sweeny is a true game manager who has a very impressive pocket presence and can push the ball down field without making bad decisions. He is athletic enough to run outside of the pocket and throw on a rope in the intermediate game and is a tough leader for one of the top teams in the state.
RB [player_tooltip player_id="336849" first="Arthur" last="Williams"], 2023
Williams is no doubt one of the top ball carriers across Idaho and is a balanced back that plays with extreme physicality and runs downhill while showing good contact balance, pad level and natural forward lean. He also shows he can catch the ball out of the backfield with soft hands and make defenders miss in tight windows while delivering a blow in between the tackles. He is extremely tough to bring down and a devastating lead blocker in the run game. FCS schools should start to show interest as he moves into his Senior season.
WR/DB Trey Jacobsen, 2025
Jacobson is one of the best young players across Idaho and is a long and rangy defensive back and wide receiver with great natural instincts, hands and downfield speed while offering position versatility on the back end. Only a rising Sophomore, he had an impressive freshman season and will be a household name across the state for the next three seasons.
