The Future Stars Game started as an event to provide a student-athlete with an elite event in a college environment. It has quickly become a must-see event, if you want to know who the next greats are. Here is a look at the 2026 Linebackers, selected to play on the 8th grade Georgia Future Stars team.
Charles Harris Jr.
Super athletic Linebacker with a lot of versatility. Can be moved around to play multiple positions depending on how the offense comes out. High motor kid that can flip his hips and cover better than a lot of Defensive Backs.
CJ Gamble CJ Gamble 6'2" | 210 lbs | LB Carrollton | 2026 State GA
A returner from last year’s Future Stars team, Gamble is the total package at Linebacker for a 2026 prospect. Measuring at 6-foot-1 and 186 pounds he can can absolutely fly around the field. He should be a leader for this corps.
Isaiah Redmond
Here’s your thick, old-school, throwback Middle Linebacker. Look for Redmond to come in and simply plug up holes and stop everything up the middle. Measured in at 5-foot-11 and 225 pounds. He’s not going to chase down plays to the wide side of the field, but he’ll be valuable in short yardage situations.
Jaiden Coleman Jaiden Coleman 5'9" | 190 lbs | LB Perry Middle School | 2026 GA
Another versatile Linebacker that can be moved around depending on need. Listed at 5-foot-9 and 185 pounds right now. He’s an intelligent player who is as good at anticipating plays, as any Linebacker in the class. A statement proven by 15 tackles for loss this past season.
Joshua Thomas Joshua Thomas 5'9" | 160 lbs | LB Grayson | 2026 GA
Headed off to Grayson High School next year, Thomas looks like a budding star as he moves on. Listed at 5-foot-9 and 180 pounds right now. Has already visited a number of colleges on unofficial visits before he’s even started his freshman year of high school. Read and react skills are very advanced. Plays on his toes at all times.
Kadan Spratling
Tremendous middle school career in both Track and Field and Football during his time at Central Middle School. Will be joining the Carollton Trojans in the fall, fresh off a 12-2 varsity record a year ago. Spratling is a do-it-all type of athlete at 6-foot and 190 pounds. Can be moved into the box as a Defensive End in short yardage. Played Running Back on offense this past year.
Kari Harris
Another big, stout old-school Middle Linebacker at 5-foot-8 and 200 pounds. Taking one look at him, you can see how well he’s put together with biceps busting out of his sleeves and traps that are touching his earlobes. Look for the Atlanta native to be used to control the tackle box and plug up the A and B gaps.
TC Washington TC Washington 5'11" | 210 lbs | RB Harrison | 2026 State GA
Washington is a solid player for this group and will add a ton of depth not only on defense, but on kick and punt coverage as well. A Running Back on offense, he’s a bulldozer at 5-foot-10 and 195 very solid pounds. He’s been selected for the Georgia Future Stars three times during his middle career and should bring veteran leadership to the group too.
Tremaine Johnson
Coming off a season that saw them go 4-6 and still finish in the top 40 in Georgia high school football, Valdosta plays one of the best brands of football out there–next year, enter Tremaine Johnson. This kid is the type of speed that makes up for any missteps. In fact, he played the gunner position on kick-off’s this season. He’s fast and can hit.
Westen Ard
Arguably an even more impressive baseball prospect than football, Western Ard returns to the Georgia Future Stars for another season. The FSG veteran is a 6-foot, 190-pound Linebacker with unassuming athleticism. A native of Warner Robins, he has a long lower body which allows him to flip his hips and run with a lot of Running Backs into the flat, or Tight Ends up the seam.
Zamarian Williams
It’s an embarrassment of riches for the Georgia Future Stars program at the Linebacker position. Williams, like Johnson listed above, is another kid from the hotbed program of Valdosta in southern Georgia. Billed at 5-foot-9 and 180 pounds, his size is about average for ascending Linebackers, however, he has grown man strength on the field. Look for him to quietly put up a big performance.
