Faulkner was offered by San Diego State on Thursday and shortly after Arizona extended an offer.
I saw Faulkner at a passing league tournament in January and he was one of the best corners of the day. He is a smaller school guy who was hanging with players from the Trinity League and some of the top schools in LA.
He covers big chunks of the field in zone coverage and is physical in man coverage without drawing penalties.
San Diego State has recruited Western players before with sophomore cornerback Cassius Savage on its current roster.
I am honored to have receive my First D1 offer from San Diego State University! ⚔️ #goaztecs Thank you @SDSU @CoachSumlerSDSU @JeffHecklinski for the opportunity! @westernpioneer1 @ocvarsity @OCSportsZone @GregBiggins @BrandonHuffman @247Sports @PrepRedzoneCA @mikehuntley63 pic.twitter.com/bJjMh6Dak8

Chaminade class of 2024 defensive back Marquis Gallegos Marquis Gallegos 6'1" | 175 lbs | DB Sierra Canyon | 2024 State CA was offered by Oklahoma and Oregon this week.
Gallegos is now up to 9 offers and was also offered by USC earlier this month.
He is one of the better safeties in his class and will be a four-year starter for a very good Chaminade program. He has great ball skills and instincts. When you watch Chaminade on film, Gallegos is always around the ball.
Gallegos visited Notre Dame recently for their spring game.
After a great conversation with @CoachPowledge, I am humbled, honored, and grateful to have received a D1 offer from The University of Oregon.🦆 @NadeFootball @oregonfootball #ScoDucks pic.twitter.com/0VGimyq0UT

Eastlake (Chula Vista) class of 2024 offensive lineman Joshua Glanz Joshua Glanz 6'6" | 290 lbs | OL Eastlake | 2024 State CA got his first Division 1 offer from Nevada this week.
Glanz is 6-foot-7 and 285 pounds.
He is very aggressive and buries a lot of defensive ends with his strength. He has the athleticism to where the Eastlake coaching staff trusts him to pull on play side runs to the outside.
Beyond blessed to say that I’ve received my 1st D1 offer from @NevadaFootball really excited for the opportunity! @CoachKWils @CoachMikeBethea @Coach_JMendoza @jbordman #TheLake #LakeDNA #LakeBoyz🔱 pic.twitter.com/GuvruErQKW

Bonita (La Verne) class of 2025 linebacker Noah Mikhail Noah Mikhail 6'3" | 210 lbs | LB Bonita | 2025 State CA was offered by San Diego State and Boise State this week.
I saw Mikhail play in a playoff game against Cypress last season and he was the best defensive player on the field despite being just a freshman.
He already has a college frame at 6-foot-3 and over 200 pounds and still has three more years to develop in the weight room. He plays really hard and moves well laterally.
Mikhail visited Colorado and Colorado State recently and is over double digit offers now.
