Jackson Schmidt | ATH | Clear Creek-Amana (IA) | Twitter
Last weekend at the UNI Dome, I came away quite impressed with how strong Jackson’s touch was on his deeper routes on a consistent basis. He also showed off his athleticism, where he could get outside of the pocket on a rush and looked elusive from the reps I saw from him. I got to watch a glimpse of Jackson’s junior tape, and saw a prospect that is a swiss army knife on both sides of the football. Jackson is a sizeable slot receiver at 6’1 175 that has good versatility with his route running. He also has a solid downhill running ability when the ball lands in his hands on the run out the slot, as he creates a sizeable advantage in the backfield. An under the radar prospect in my eyes that should develop some college football attention this summer at camps.
Blake Stahl | TE/WR | Champlin Park (MN)-GameFace | Twitter
Blake is a Minnesota prospect I have watched for a few years now and every time I watch him, I see solid development made in his game. His ability last weekend to make some aggressive high-traffic catches against some elite secondary units at #Back2Ballin, show me that he has improved on his physicality he has with that big 6’5 200 pound frame. Blake’s junior tape shows off a prospect that shows growing speed on his routes once he gets beyond the first level of the field. When he lines up inside as a TE, I love watching his speed off the snap as he gets out a lot quicker than I have seen on tape from his sophomore tape. Blake has also gotten a lot more aggressive with his hands with his blocking ability and has added solid hand placement to drive the defender to the turf. Blake is a prospect that will see his stock grow into prospect camps this summer because college coaches are going to fall in love with that size and his developed physicality on both frames offensively.
Kyrell Jordan | WR/DB | Bellevue West (NE)-Nebraska Elite | Twitter
If I had to give out an MVP on the weekend to the hardest-working kid in the high school division at #Back2Ballin, I would toss that MVP to Bellevue West’s Kyrell Jordan. Kyrell showed off some elite burst on his routes especially when he reaches second level, which is when you really see his burst come full out. Kyrell was also one of the most elusive pass-catchers between the tackles as did a fantastic job eating up the gaps with his speed and agility. For as dominant as Kyrell this weekend, he still somehow has no offers at the moment but I see that changing at Division I and Division II prospects this summer as I believe Kyrell has a high-ceiling and will be a prospect that will work his tail off during every rep he is given.
Willy Snyder | WR | Academy of Holy Angels (MN)-Potenza Sports | Twitter
What do I love about 7v7 football? The “Mossing” abilty every kid wants to show off at every event. As for Academy of Holy Angel’s senior to-be WR Willy Snyder, he ended up with the #4 play on SportsCenter’s Top 10 last weekend due to his fantastic “Mossing” ability (will include the clip below). Willy is a WR prospect that is off the radar and is stock rising this offseason. Willy has a significant twitch off the start of his route to get ample separation from the secondary. He also has glue hands that just stick to the football when the ball reaches his way. One of the biggest skillsets I love about Willy is his escalation skillset. Once he catches that football, he has quick instincts to advance upfield quickly, faster than most WRs I watched this weekend. I firmly believe, if there is one prospect that really rises up college coaches boards a ton this summer on this list, it will be Willy Snyder of AHA. just due to him finally getting his shot to fully showcase his ability on the 7v7 circuit in the last few months.

7v7 Tape:
Jaiden Pickett | DB | Milwaukee Riverside (WI)-The Show | Twitter
I do not think there was a more locked in defensive back at #Back2Ballin than Jaiden Pickett of Milwaukee Riverside, so he gets my MVP at defensive back on the weekend based on all the DBs I watched. In the one game I had my full attention on Jaiden, he showed off such extreme physicality and barely provided an inch of cushion on any of the wide receivers he had to guard. Jaiden used the first five yards efficiently, creating a trigger to the receiving core by being aware of his presence early in the play. I loved how he did this consistently throughout the tournament. Jaiden has a handful of Division I offers, but I believe this young man has for sure FBS potential.
