[player_tooltip player_id="253184" first="J’Marion" last="Burnette"]- |6’1 205| |Andalusia| @JMarionBurnette on Twitter
[player_tooltip player_id="253184" first="J’Marion" last="Burnette"] had a phenomenal season last fall that has let him receive a ton of national attention recently. Burnette was a massive part of Andalusia’s offensive success, and that can be seen through the ridiculous stats he put up- he was able to take 297 carries for 2,070 yards and 25 touchdowns. Speed is a huge part of his game and it definitely does not go unnoticed, Burnette has extremely good acceleration and speed that separates him from everyone on the field. He can go from 0 to 100 almost in an instant, it is truly impressive to watch. In addition to that, he also has a great build and strength to correspond with it that he uses to plow through defenders. [player_tooltip player_id="253184" first="J’Marion" last="Burnette"] is incredibly talented and it is going to be a treat to watch him take over more and more over the next two years. Currently, lists offers from Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, and more.
[player_tooltip player_id="319283" first="Rodreckus" last="Johnson"]- |5’11 175| |Clay Chalkville| @rodreckus3 on Twitter
[player_tooltip player_id="319283" first="Rodreckus" last="Johnson"] had a fantastic season last fall that put a ton of his talents on display for Clay-Chalkville. Johnson plays extremely hard and doesn’t shy away from defenders, and shows that with his insane contact balance and his ability to break tackles extremely easily- he is pretty much impossible to stop in the open field. In addition to that, Johnson’s vision allows for a ton of big-time plays, he can easily find the right holes/lanes to run in and capitalizes greatly on it. Last fall Johnson illustrated that explosiveness with his 586 rushing yards and 9 touchdowns off of just 77 carries. Currently, Johnson lists an offer from an Arkansas, with more surely heading his way soon!
[player_tooltip player_id="319284" first="Zach" last="Coleman"]- |5’11 215| |Charles Henderson| @ZacharyColeman0 on Twitter

Coleman runs like he’s on fire, he can both power through and fly by defenders with ease. Coleman has a ton of strength, twitch/elusiveness, and acceleration- and all are seen greatly in his ability to make plays in short and long-yardage situations. Part of what makes a back like him so reliable is exactly that- he can push the pile to get you those few yards while simultaneously having the ability to get to the outside for some massive gains downfield. In addition to his play on offense, Coleman has also shown his versatility when he occasionally lines up at linebacker and has made some key tackles in clutch situations. Recently, Coleman received his first offer from Alabama State, with more likely to head his way soon!

[player_tooltip player_id="242065" first="A’mari" last="Brundidge"]- |5’11 220| |Calera| @Amari_Brundidge on Twitter
[player_tooltip player_id="242065" first="A’mari" last="Brundidge"] is an explosive playmaker out of the backfield that has proven to be a scoring threat from nearly everywhere on the field. Brundidge runs with a lot of physicality and toughness, while also having speed that separates himself from the defense- making him a chore to slow down. Brundidge plays with the same intensity in the passing game- he can pass protect really well and has shown the ability to make some good plays as a receiving option when needed. Overall [player_tooltip player_id="242065" first="A’mari" last="Brundidge"] has laid out a great foundation heading into his junior season, keep an eye out for him in Calera’s dangerous offense this fall!
[player_tooltip player_id="240676" first="Tamarion" last="Peterson"]- |5’10 180| |Dothan| @TamarionPeters1 on Twitter
[player_tooltip player_id="240676" first="Tamarion" last="Peterson"] is a really shifty, patient back that produced well for Dothan last season. Peterson thrives off of both his vision and patience, he takes his time to find the best opportunity to strike and then can tear through the heart of the defense for big gains. Often Peterson can be found taking what seem to be busted plays for significant yardage. Part of this is due to his twitch in the open field, he uses it to easily slip by secondary members. Peterson had a ton of big plays last fall for Dothan, be on the lookout for him this season to continue making them!
