Included are an All-Area offensive lineman from the Rio Grande Valley who should have some offers by now and an All-District wide receiver who is turning heads in east Texas.
G Thomas Domian — 6’3″ 280 / McAllen Memorial HS — @DomianThomas
The Monitor’s 2021 Offensive Lineman of the Year, Domian is a force to be reckoned with and the foundation of the most feared offensive line unit in south Texas. He’s a pulling machine who loves to get out in space and push defenders around. He can hold his own in the run game, and is a guy that running backs love to run behind. Plays tackle for the Mustangs and truly excels at the position thanks to his above-average athleticism and spatial awareness, but projects as a Guard at the next level.

WR Elijah Ward — 6’1″ 160 / Rusk HS — @Elijah_Ward12
Junior Stats: 50 receptions, 821 yards, 7 touchdowns
A first team All-District selection a season ago, Ward is a speedy deep ball threat who runs above average routes. He displays excellent stop and start ability and knows how to make cornerbacks whiff on tackles in the open field. If he bulks up a little bit, it would enable him to be more physical coming off the line, but as it stands, Ward is a reliable threat in the passing game and looks like he’s in store for a strong senior campaign.

OT Nick Fattig — 6’5″ 280 / Clear Springs HS — @Nick_Fattig
Former NFL offensive line coach Mike Tice once said, “If the offense is a car, then the offensive line is the engine.” Fattig is the embodiment of that quote. An elite prospect who is fun to watch, he is a sound technician who displays excellent footwork, proper hand placement, and is great in space. He’s a junkyard dog in the run game, and shows a lot of promise as a pass protector.

LB Jaime Barrientos — 6’2″ 220 / Eagle Pass Winn HS — @BrrientosJaime / Class of ’24
The district Newcomer of the Year last season, Barrientos is just getting started. He’s a squatty, physical, downhill inside linebacker who loves to get downhill and make plays. He is adequate in run support and is willing to take on and shed blockers. If he can make strides when it comes to sideline-to-sideline speed, Jaime will become a solid Division 2 prospect as he heads into his senior season.

RB Jeremiah Robinson — 5’10” 185 / Eagle Pass Winn HS — @Jeremia60511164
Robinson is a small school prospect from the Corpus Christi area. He runs with good contact balance, sees the field well, and what stands out the most is the tenacity he plays with. He makes the most of every rep, and there is a program out there who will be happy to have him on their roster in the fall of 2023.
