The young receivers in the Houston area will not get their shine. The athletes on this list are insane, being able to impact a game in so many different ways. <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Wyatt Young - Tompkins</span></strong></em></span>
Showing that he is one of the most talent athletes in the class, Young made a name for himself last season by being a playmaker at any and every position. He was a weapon used in the run game, a passer when needed, and an exceptional slot receiver. Young made things happen with the ball in his possession. Excellent open field speed and elusiveness with strong hands and good route running. Young finished his sophomore year with 539 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns on 58 carries and also racked up 670 receiving yards and 6 touchdowns on 40 receptions. He will be the guy for years to come.

<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Conner Dunphy - College Park</strong></span></em></span>
Another great athlete on the list, Dunphy is a do it all player. He can line up in the backfield or be a mismatch in the slot. Dunphy shows great vision and wiggle when he is in the open field, showing that he can make just about anybody miss. He has very good speed with great burst, and is a confident catcher. On the season, Dunphy hauled in 57 catches for 566 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns. On the ground, he had 343 yards and 8 touchdowns on 55 carries.

<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Sam Lee - Lake Creek</strong></span></em></span>
Lee is a player who can go and make a big catch for your offense when needed. He showed to be a very athletic guy who can make those difficult catches and make something happen. Lee shined in the return game, having the vision and speed to beat the coverage and put his team in good positions. Lee was the deep threat and playmaker for the Lions and did exceptional in his role. Lee finished the year with 792 receiving yards and 9 touchdowns on 46 receptions and had multiple kicks and punts returned to the house.

<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Hunter Moddon - Clear Lake</strong></span></em></span>
Moddon has the talent and potential to be something special at the receiver position. The speed and ability to change directions so quickly stands out. He has the speed to run right by a defender off the snap and can create so much separation on his routes. As a return man, he is a game changer. He can flip the field in his teams favor and change the momentum in a snap. Look for him to have a bigger role and be more involved next season and have his name everywhere.
