10. [player_tooltip player_id="229834" first="Jacob" last="Higgs"], Sultana
Higgs is a really good athlete who is a true dual threat quarterback. His biggest strength is evading pass rushers and extending plays with his legs. You have to have a spy linebacker on him while defending Sultana or be cautious with your pass rush because he will hurt you with his legs. He is a lefty with a good arm and can throw from awkward angles. His release is a little slow but he will improve on that. He has all the tools to be a Power 5 quarterback. Western Kentucky has offered him and he has taken an unofficial visit to Nevada.

9. [player_tooltip player_id="282771" first="Tanner" last="Wilson"], Sunnyside
He had a monster freshman season for Sunnyside and put up numbers that are impressive for any class. He completed 71 percent of his passes for 3,260 yards and 31 touchdowns. Wilson is a dual threat guy who ran for over 400 yards and had seven touchdowns. The offense was set up for him to have success which is a good thing but I am sure colleges want to see him adapt and have to face adversity. He has the tools to be a Division 1 quarterback in the future.

8. [player_tooltip player_id="282686" first="Bear" last="Bachmeier"], Murrieta Valley
Younger brother of Boise State quarterback Hank Bachmeier and younger brother of class of 2023 star receiver [player_tooltip player_id="25360" first="Tiger" last="Bachmeier"]. He is already a big quarterback at 6-foot-2 and close to 210 pounds. He got playing time in a game against Paloma where he completed six of seven passes for 84 yards. With the graduation of [player_tooltip player_id="25258" first="Brandon" last="Rose"], I expect Bachmeier to be the starting quarterback for the NightHawks the next three years. He has an offer from Boise State.

7. [player_tooltip player_id="282709" first="Hype" last="Grand"], La Habra
Transferred to La Habra from Pasadena and he will compete with [player_tooltip player_id="270920" first="Justin" last="Gil"] for the starting spot at La Habra. Grand is more of a dual threat quarterback than Gil is and he was used in a lot of designed quarterback runs at Pasadena. He has a smooth and high release and is accurate on deeper balls. Grand has offers from Kansas, Wake Forest and San Jose State.

6. [player_tooltip player_id="282712" first="Tagg" last="Harrison"], Pacifica/Oxnard
Harrison is a fun quarterback to watch and part of it is because of his connection with his classmate [player_tooltip player_id="282760" first="Savion" last="Taylor"]. He throws hard when he needs to and knows when to put touch on the ball. He isn’t dual threat but he is athletic and can extend plays with his legs. His eyes are always on the coverage. He sometimes has "happy feet" when under pressure but his eyes maintain up the field and he hits receivers in stride. He has an offer from Louisville.
