[player_tooltip player_id="278373" first="Patrick" last="Wooley"] 6-5 350 DT LIberty- This kid is large and surprisingly mobile. He earned 1st team all-league honors as a Sophomore for a Falcons group who returns numerous all conference guys. Wooley can offset numbers with his size alone.
[player_tooltip player_id="152360" first="Gabe" last="Staszak"] 6-5 210 DE South Medford- Potentially one of the top defensive recruits state wide. Staszak had a breakout year making 41 total tackles with 7 tackles for loss and 4 sacks. At 6-5 he projects as an appealing prospect at the DE spot.
[player_tooltip player_id="152362" first="Ethan" last="Burkhead"] 5-11 160 DB Thurston- One of the fastest kids in Oregon for his class. Burkhead battled injuries as a Sophomore but projects as a 1st team all state kid at the 5A level over the next few seasons.
[player_tooltip player_id="278374" first="Blake" last="Hurley"] 6-1 175 LB/ATH Sunset- Hurley comes from a talented family with brother [player_tooltip player_id="204564" first="Hayden" last="Hurley"] earning 1st team all-league accolades on both sides of the football last season. Blake earned honorable mention all-conference honors and will be a featured offensive athlete to boot.
[player_tooltip player_id="209682" first="Tashi" last="Crofut"] 5-11 205 LB Lakeridge- Together Crofut and [player_tooltip player_id="152332" first="Ethan" last="Biondine"] are one of the top LB combinations in the NW for their class. Both earned 2nd team all TRL accolades with Crofut making 38 total tackles, with 5 tackles for loss, and 3 sacks on the year.
[player_tooltip player_id="206850" first="Luke" last="Fahner"] 6-1 190 LB Gresham- One of the top defensive players in Oregon for his class. Former NFL Vet and current head coach James Allen raves about his overall athleticism and coachability.
[player_tooltip player_id="278375" first="Malcolm" last="I'aulualo"] 6-3 250 DL/OL Hood River- I'aulualo earned 1st team all conference honors on the offensive side of the ball and is similar in size to former HR standout, and current OSU lineman Henry Buckles. That said as he can play some D and projects on that side of the ball in my opinion.
[player_tooltip player_id="209500" first="Luke" last="Newell"] 6-1 195 LB Thurston- Most are familiar with the name with brother [player_tooltip player_id="28842" first="Jacob" last="Newell"] headed to Arizona St. Luke is a different type of player just based on size, but brings a lot to the table, and should be one of the top athletes in the conference as a Junior.
[player_tooltip player_id="278444" first="Andy" last="Soles"] 6-3 180 LB Canby- Projected coach of the year Jimmy Joyce will be relying heavily on guys like Soles. He has great size and is part of the youth movement at Canby, making 33 total tackles with 2 tackles for loss as a Sophomore.
