Missouri 2024 Rankings Update: Tight Ends

We unveiled our updated Class of 2024 rankings recently, which includes 100 ranked prospects and more than 185 total prospects including the Watch List. <p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://prepredzone.com/missouri/rankings/2024-rankings/"><em><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Click here to view the updated 2024 Rankings!</strong></span></em></a></p> There are two tight ends in the Top 100 and only five tight ends overall for the Class of 2024 in Missouri in the Prep Redzone database, which continues to grow every day. Today we are taking a closer look at the top prospects at the position. (Click on the player names to check out their prospect pages on PRZ, including links to their HUDL highlights.) <strong>1. [player_tooltip player_id="178435" first="Jaden" last="Reddell"], Raymore-Peculiar</strong> The No. 1 tight end prospect in Missouri in the Class of 2024 isn’t even a tight end, well, at least not yet. Reddell, a 6-foot-4, 205-pounder, plays wide receiver for the Panthers but we love his potential as a matchup nightmare pass-catching tight end at the next level. Reddell is the No. 8 overall prospect in Missouri in the Class of 2024. Reddell caught 21 passes for 549 yards and seven touchdowns during his sophomore season. He averaged 26.1 yards per reception. Ray-Pec went 8-3 in 2021 and returns some talented players for 2022, including big-time wide receiver prospect [player_tooltip player_id="99468" first="Jaidyn" last="Doss"] and quarterback [player_tooltip player_id="103410" first="Zander" last="Dombrowski"]. <strong>2. [player_tooltip player_id="211025" first="Ryan" last="Jostes"], Washington</strong> Washington High School had a Division I tight end in the Class of 2021 in Ryan Hoerstkamp, who signed with the University of Missouri, and could have another one in 2024 with Jostes. A 6-6, 240-pounder, Jostes is ranked as the No. 66 overall prospect in Missouri in the Class of 2024. His sophomore season highlights show he already does a good job as a run blocker for a younger prospect.
