A few have a couple Junior Day visits lined up but they all could get a lot of interest from anywhere. These guys really did a good job keeping there RB’s and QB’s clean for most the games. They all also helped stimulated their run games as well. Check them out here below!
Jason Maciejczak Jason Maciejczak 6'4" | 320 lbs | OL Pierre | 2023 State – Douglas
Maciejczak is a very large and very athletic man! He reminds me of Blaise Andries watching his film, getting put up against a much smaller opponent, and burying him on both sides of the ball. He gets moved all throughout the offensive lineup, as Guard, Tackle, Fullback, probably even Tight End. His main objective, bury the first wrong colored jersey you find, and bodies were hitting the ground on ever play. He moved well laterally for both pass and zone blocking, as well as sliding down the line of scrimmage defensively. He is explosive off the snap which makes it very hard for a defender to stay on their feet against him.
Andrew Bunkers Andrew Bunkers OL Brandon Valley | 2023 State – Brandon Valley
Bunkers is a technically sound blocker. By no means is he the most violent man on the field, but he makes sure his guy is blocked every play. He pulls well, keeps good pad level and gets himself in good position to make his block. If he could square up his block well, he delivered a big hit, but he always made sure his guy never made the play. He stayed low and exploded off the ball when he came down on his down blocks and really opened a gap for his backs. On perimeter blocks, he did a great job finding the closest threat and taking him out of the play. He has great hand technique to keep from getting flagged.
Santiago Galvan Santiago Galvan 5'10" | 230 lbs | OL Grafton | 2023 State – Grafton
Galvan is a leverage player. He knows exactly how to use his frame to get the job done. He stays low off the snap and does a great job finishing the drive block. He has a big motor and plays hard until the whistle, keeps his feet moving the whole time. On pass blocks, he shuffles well and keeps his feet underneath him and keeps good position on the defender to give his QB enough time to throw the football. He uses his low center-of-gravity to stalemate a much bigger defender and keeps him out of the backfield on either pass or run plays.
Charlie Prien Charlie Prien 6'2" | 240 lbs | OL Mount Vernon-Plankiton | 2023 State – Mount Vernon Plankiton
Prien is pit bull on the offensive side of the ball. May not be the biggest guy out there, but is not going to lose his matchup. I always enjoy watching his film because he is going 100% and full-speed through his defender until the whistle blows. He also uses his leverage and low center-of-gravity to keep defenders away from the ball. He has good hand technique when striking the defender, latches on and drives through until he gets his pancake. He does a great job sealing his blocks when setting the gaps as well.
Griffen Schnider Griffen Schnider 6'0" | 235 lbs | OL Tea Area | 2023 State – Tea Area
Schnider loved his pull blocks. He moved very quickly to go find a kid he could knock over. He was quick off the snap, kept good footwork, and stayed low. He had a great amount of speed when he pulled, whether he was kicking out a defender or leading up the gap he was at full-speed on contact with the defender. He was smart to keep in clean when he made the big hit on the pull block, kept it within the strike zone and delivered his shoulder for the hit. He moved laterally well on pass blocks and kept good hand technique and stayed in front of his man until the pass got off.
