I hope you all were able to land a great signing class for 2022. Much like you all, I am always on the recruiting trail, searching for gems around the great state of Texas. Here are five very talented soon-to-be Seniors who deserve to be on some recruiting boards:
RB Kennedy Lewis – 5’10” 190 / Pearland HS – @Kennedy_Lewis9
I haven't seen Kennedy on anyone's 'Top 2023 Running Backs' list, but he should absolutely be. He is a 5'10" 190 stud who does it all for the Oilers.
He rushed for 552 yards and 7 TDs last season, while splitting time with a talented senior. Expect for Kennedy to easily eclipse the 1,000-yard mark this fall. He has the speed and lateral quickness to catch the eye of college coaches this season. Keep an eye on this young man!

DB Naszir Otieno – 5'9" 180 / Arlington Seguin HS – @NaszirO1
Junior Stats: 76 Tackles, 9 Pass Breakups, and 3 Forced Fumbles
Naszir is an outstanding talent who's going to have a big senior season for the Cougars. He's got fluid hips, elite closing speed, and great range as a center-fielder. He'll have to make the move to CB in college, but this kid is going to be a great pickup for any program looking for a big-time playmaker in their secondary.
I don't see any offers on the table currently, but expect that to change as his senior season gets underway.

RB TeSean Hamilton – 5'10" 190 / Waskom HS – @Hamilton_TeSean
TeSean is a very talented back for the state finalist Wildcats who had an amazing junior season.
With star DJ Feaster off to Fort Hays State, expect to see some stellar numbers from the talented Hamilton this season. He's a between-the-tackles thumper who excels at fighting through tackles, picking up tough yardage in traffic, and finding the end zone. The only issue is explosiveness. He's going to be a great pickup for a D2 or D3 program that'll be willing to work with him and develop that quick twitch.

DT Brodrick Stewart – 6'2" 330 / Mansfield Summit HS – @StewartBrodrick
Brodrick is a force to be reckoned with in the middle of the Jaguars' defense. The 330-pound nose tackle is dominant in the run game, as he is above average at the point of attack. Stewart gets great push, and flashes great sideline-to-sideline ability when chasing down screens. If you're looking to add a stout 1-gapper to your defense, Brodrick is your guy. Summit has been to the state semifinals the last two seasons, so this young man knows how to compete, and win, at a high level.

OL Ali Khalil – 6'3" 270 / Arlington Seguin HS – @Ali_Khalil_
Ali plays right tackle for the Cougars, but projects as a guard on the next level. On film, Khalil shows the recovery balance and core strength necessary to stay latched after initially losing position, and he packs a strong punch with controlling grip strength to deliver jolt and tie up defenders in the run game.
The main weakness is that he's unreliable with his set points and landmarks, with the tendency to over- or underset rushers and lose position.
I rate Ali as a D3 prospect, who's got some D2 potential.
