Standout Offensive Seniors in the Houston Area

The Houston area featured a strong senior class on offense, with many playing the best football of their careers. These seniors powered their units, delivered in key moments, and left a mark on their programs. Here are the offensive standouts who dominated in their final season.   <hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity" />   Jackson Green | ATH | Cy-Fair   Green looked impressive during his senior campaign. He did all of the little things correctly and made plays that did not pop on the box score. He showed to be a versatile weapon, lining up in the slot or the H-back, doing whatever was needed to help lift his team to a victory. Green displayed great skills as a receiver. Strong hands and was excellent after the catch. At 6'4, he was a challenge to bring down and his catch radius made him a strong, reliable target of crucial downs. Green was a physical blocker, unselfishly leading the way for his teammates and springing his guys free for big plays. For his senior campaign, Green totaled 302 yards and 2 touchdowns on 28 catches, but his impact far exceeds the numbers. An outstanding player who plays winning ball.    <hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity" />   Deverick Stone-Hubbard | RB | Lamar   Hubbard's game was exciting to watch. Built on power and explosiveness, Hubbard's playstyle led to momentum-flipping plays and put his team in great position to succeed. He was a determined runner, always looking to break through the line and gain big yards. Hubbard almost always broke the first tackle and initiated the contact vs a defender. His balance and elusiveness made for some highlight-reel runs. Hubbard's ability to change direction and accelerate in the open field made him such a threat with the ball in his possession. As a return man he was able to turn a game around in one play. Hubbard was a threat to score on any return and made opposing teams pay for kicking it his way. For his senior season Hubbard totaled almost 800 all-purpose yards with 9 total touchdowns.    <hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity" />   Jamaal Jones Jr. | ATH | Mayde Creek   Jones Jr. was a bright spot for the Rams offense, generating explosive plays and bringing consistency to the team. He has the speed and elusiveness to fire through running lanes and make defenders miss in the hole. Jones' burst in the open field led to positive plays when the team needed it the most. Jones rushed for over 1,000 yards and 14 touchdowns, leading the way for the Rams for his senior season.    <hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity" />   CJ Lewis | WR | Cy Lakes   Lewis is an elite talent at the position whose numbers do not reflect his skill. He dominates his matchup and creates separation with his route running. His footwork off the line is unmatched, getting defensive backs off balanced and getting open for his quarterback. Lewis proved to be an elite route runner at all levels and physical at the catch point. He was even more impressive after the catch, turning slants into big-time touchdowns. On the season Lewis hauled in 68 catches for 1,031 yards and 12 touchdowns. The Tulsa signee will be a name to follow at the next level.    <hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity" />   [player_tooltip player_id='1650046' first='Ty' last='Sexton'] | WR | Katy Jordan   Sexton is an incredible athlete who can change a game in an instant. He is a shifty player who does not shy away from making big plays. Sexton made the most of his opportunities during his senior season, showcasing excellent ball-skills and body control in the air, and run after catch abilities. He is a versatile player who will generate positive plays when the offense is in need of it.    <hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity" />   [player_tooltip player_id='1352363' first='Marcus' last='Gadlin'] III | RB | Cinco Ranch   Gadlin brought balance to the Cougar offense and showed both speed and power in his game. He is a strong runner with great vision and agility, locating lanes and using his burst to reach the next levels. Gadlin welcomed contact, lowering his shoulders and running through defenders. His ability to get free brought much success to offense and kept the team on schedule.    <hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity" />   [player_tooltip player_id='1653949' first='Blake' last='Hamilton'] | ATH | Katy Tompkins   The UTEP signee proved that he is a flat-out playmaker. Whenever the ball was in his vicinity, he was making a play. Hamilton created space with shiftiness and twitch, leaving defenders stunned and unable to recover. He reached another speed in the open field and made incredible highlight-reel plays on the regular. Hamilton played a major role in the Falcons success and led the way with over 1,000 receiving yards, over 1,500 all-purpose yards, and 11 total touchdowns/
