[player_tooltip player_id="183503" first="Jashad" last="Kersey"], CB, Eastern
At 5’10 160 he is one of the smoothest movers at the cornerback position. Has a very small frame and build but plays very fiesty. One thing that stands out about his play is his strong play at the catch point. He has a solid track background that shows up in many of the plays he makes. He has the speed and agility to stay and phase with most wide receivers. Plays slants and shorts routes well. Able to recognize and quickly break on these routes for pass breakups.
He also has can play 50/50 balls well. While running deep he uses his high jump expertise to meet bigger wide receivers at the catch point and contest the football.
The one aspect he can get better at is playing more decisive. Many times he is seen hesitating or looking lost. This is an issue that can be corrected with more reps. This is why we are very encouraged by his future prospects.
[player_tooltip player_id="270989" first="Joey" last="Lis"], CB, Ramsey
At 6’0 175 and solid arm length, he has the total package at the position. A tall long corner that can move in and out of transitions. Who can run with most receivers and stay in phase. He has solid ball skills and has very strong play at the catch point.
He is an athletic specimen by also being a standout running back shows good speed, quickness, and agility. With solid contact balance while running the ball.
We have him listed as a cornerback because in today’s football landscape finding cornerbacks who can move, transition, and play the catch point, as well as [player_tooltip player_id="270989" first="Joey" last="Lis"], does is tough to find. He has a lot of God-given ability that is rare. If he can keep working on refining his technique at CB he can one of the top CB recruits in Jersey.

[player_tooltip player_id="183628" first="Sekou" last="Kamau"], ATH, Long Branch
As we constantly mention in these articles. With the rise of playmakers like Deebo Samuel of the San Fransico 49ers, the dual-threat playmaker who can play wide receiver and running back and switch between those roles on a play-by-play basis has become more valuable than ever.
[player_tooltip player_id="183628" first="Sekou" last="Kamau"] has that potential, standing at 6’0 170lbs. He has a long frame with solid speed and agility. He’s a long strider who with good lateral agility. Would like to see him put on some more weight to add a physical element to his game. He has all the tools to be an all-around playmaker and with the rising demand of these players, [player_tooltip player_id="183628" first="Sekou" last="Kamau"] would do well to market himself as a playmaker due to his skill set and physical gifts.
