2022 Senior Rankings, Top 200: Unsigned DL

While many may be moving on from the 2022 class, we at Prep Redzone are not. There are still many talented prospects within the Top 200 of our rankings that are still left unsigned. For those still hunting 2022’s, here are prospects who could be the final piece to your puzzle.

He’s an absolute monster in the trenches. Watching him work inside, you can see the initial burst and how quickly he gets off the ball and off his block. You’d expect a slim 230-pound young man to come out of the hole with how quickly he sheds, instead a 300-pound behemoth is ready to wreck the ball carrier in the backfield. Coveted player. Robert Washington Robert Washington 6'3" | 245 lbs | DL East Allegheny | 2022 State PA | 6’3, 225 | East Allegheny Offers: Gannon, West Virginia PWO, W&J U, West Liberty, Lock Haven, Saint Francis, Bluefield State & more Standout Trait: Twitch, Motor Here is your best speed-rusher of the group. Could argue that Washington could have the best pass-rushing repertoire of anyone in his class. His impressive get-off and bend around the edge led Washington to a masterful senior season that saw him accumulate 17 sacks. A ton of energy and attitude out of this young man. Matt Bentivegna Matt Bentivegna 6'4" | 265 lbs | DL York Suburban | 2022 State PA | 6’4, 275 | York Suburban Offers: UNOFFERED Standout Trait: Block Shed, Powerful Hands This is a player we have been high on for some time now. Injuries are a huge question mark. His on-the-field game is undoubtedly impressive nonetheless. Jamar Brison Jamar Brison DL North East | 2022 State PA | Northeast Offers: UNOFFERED Standout Trait: Alignment Versatility, Disruptiveness Plug on the tape and all Brison does is disrupt. He’s disrupting his gap. Next he’s disrupting passing lanes. Next, he’s disrupting handoffs in the backfield. Took home All-Public League honors as a senior because of his efforts. He’s going to fight for everything he gets on the field. Brett Kwoka Brett Kwoka 6'1" | 240 lbs | DL Neumann-Goretti | 2022 State PA | 6’2, 240 | Neumann-Goretti Offers: Shippensburg, Kutztown, Culver-Stockton, Saint Anselm Standout Trait: Position Versatility, Technically-Sound We have raved about this kid’s game for some time now, what could be said about Kwoka has already been said on this site. Linebacker build with the toughness and mean streak to play in both offensive and defensive trenches. Advanced in his first step and hand placement. Ayden Teeter Ayden Teeter 6'6" | 275 lbs | TE Brownsville | 2022 State PA | 6’6, 275 | Brownsville Area Offers: Duquesne, Standout Trait: Position Versatility, Athleticism @ 275 Without a doubt one of the more fun tapes to watch. Excellent left tackle play that would lead you to believe he is a staple in the offense. You’d be right about that because he’s just as proficient a TE and RB  as he is at LT. Solid reps at each position, all this before even watching him along the defensive front, where I believe he may have a future at the next level. Connor Lenz Connor Lenz 6'2" | 240 lbs | DL Pine-Richland | 2022 State PA | 6’2, 240 | Pine-Richland Offers: West Virginia PWO, Slippery Rock, Clarion, Edinboro, Standout Trait: Closing Speed, Motor Here’s a tone-setter who can absolutely wreck a game with his hand in the dirt or off. Impressive upfield burst that, when combined with his relentless motor, often leads to plenty of TFL’s for Pine-Richland. Closes on the football really well and finishes tackles with some attitude.
