Jailen Taylor – Kennesaw Mountain
One of the breakout stars in 6A Region 6, Taylor is an explosive playmaker who knows how to run away from a defense. He didn’t catch a ton of passes, but when he did, he made it count for big yards. A speedy wideout, Taylor shows game-changing speed and can score on any particular play. He caught 22 passes last fall for 710 yards (32.3 yards per reception) and 10 touchdowns. The Mustangs have plenty of weapons on offense, but Taylor was one of the more dynamic and explosive receivers on the roster. The Cobb County standout is starting to see his recruitment take off, and he picked up a recent one from UAB.

Keshaun Singleton – Meadowcreek
A promising receiver from Gwinnett County, Singleton was a big-play waiting to happen as a junior last year, showing the ability to break tackles after the catch and pick up big yards after contact. He plays the ball well in the air and knows how to come down with the ball. He’s great in the screen game and knows how to make plays down the field as well. He has good size at 6-foot-3 190-pounds and made plenty of plays as a junior. He’s earned recent offer from Liberty, East Carolina, and Marshall.

The leading receiver in all of 5A last year, the East Georgia junior from the Augusta area couldn’t be stopped last year, catching an impressive 77 passes for 1,326 yards and 8 touchdowns, proving to be a big-play waiting to happen every time he has the ball in his hands. He’s got great size at 6-foot-3 190-pounds, and while he uses his size to his advantage more often than not, he also has some explosiveness to him and runs well for his size. He picks up yards in a hurry and can out-run defenders once he gets a head of steam. He can beat defenses in the screen game and proved to be a down-field threat as well. He also excelled in the return game, adding 316 kick return yards. He even lined up at running back at times around the goal-line as he rushed for six more touchdowns on the ground. In total, Leverett had 1,778 total yards and 16 touchdowns as a junior last fall. He recently earned an offer from Georgia Southern and it likely won’t be his last.
Martel Hight Jr. – Rome
The 2023 playmaker from Rome is one of the top overall athletes in Northwest Georgia. The WR/DB is a multi-sport athlete and also stars on the basketball court for the Wolves in the off-season. As more people watch his athleticism and playmaking ability on tape from his sophomore years, they start to show interest. The 6-foot-0 175-pounder earned his first few offers in the spring and added another one this week from Kentucky. As a junior last fall, Hight caught 62 passes for 1,069 yards and nine touchdowns. He’s a deep threat down the field with impressive ball skills and a knack for making plays. He’s great running in the open field but knows how to make a tough catch in traffic as well. He’s certainly a 2023 prospect who continues to see new offers come his way.
Blessed to receive another offer from the UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY 💙🤞🏾@Bigstew9 @UKFootball @Mansell247 @RecruitGeorgia @ChadSimmons_ @UKCoachStoops pic.twitter.com/ifSnI0uvOG
