1. Riley Williams Riley Williams 6'7" | 230 lbs | TE Central Catholic | 2023 OR 6-7 230 TE Central Catholic (OFFERS 15+ Michigan, Ohio St, USC, Oregon, Miami, Tennessee etc.)– Potentially one of the most recruited kids ever to come out of Oregon. Riley’s size and abilities after the catch will have him listed as one of the top TEs in America. He finished 2nd in receiving TDs state wide with 11.
2. Sam Leavitt Sam Leavitt 6'2" | 200 lbs | QB West Linn | 2023 State OR 6-2 195 QB Westview (OFFERS: Florida St, Arizona)– As most know Leavitt comes from a football family with his brother having a standout season in his 4th year with the Las Vegas Raiders. Sam brings a lot of the “IT” factor to the table and impressed most of the year with 26TDs & 3 INTs, while hitting on 60% of his passes, before a tough season ending loss to Tualatin. You can expect him to have a monster off season and senior campaign if his status holds true.
3. Demarcus Houston Demarcus Houston 6'2" | 185 lbs | ATH West Albany | 2023 State OR 6-2 185 CB/WR West Albany (OFFERS: Oregon St)– Credit to the Beavers for getting on Houston early. He has great size as a CB and film that speaks for itself. The 3* recruit is equally talented on the offensive side of the ball, as you can expect him to impress on the 7v7 circuit and have a dominant senior campaign.
4. Tristan Davis Tristan Davis 6'7" | 245 lbs | DL Lakeridge | 2023 State OR 6-7 230 DL Wilsonville (OFFERS: Colorado, Nevada)– You can’t teach 6-7 and athletic, so he is an appealing recruit for a host of reasons. Davis accounted for 45 total tackles and 8 sacks in 10 games, earning honorable mention all-state honors. He should absolutely dominate kids at the 5A level next season.
5. Chip Allers Chip Allers 6'3" | 215 lbs | LB Summit | 2023 State OR 6-3 215 LB Summit- Probably the fastest rising recruit in the state. Allers earned 1st team all-conference honors leading Oregon’s stingiest defense. He separates himself from a testing standpoint, typically being the fastest guy on the field. With the move down to 5A he will be a favorite for POY honors on both sides of the football.
6. Luke Leighton Luke Leighton 6'5" | 195 lbs | ATH Sheldon | 2023 State OR 6-5 190 WR/OLB Sheldon- Look for Leighton’s stock to sky rocket over the off season. 7. Jack Wagner Jack Wagner 6'4" | 185 lbs | QB Tualatin | 2023 State OR 6-4 180 QB Tualatin- Heading into next year I could see Wagner being Oregon’s 6A POY. He is that talented. His size and ability to run make him one of the most intriguing QB prospects in the West and a true dual threat. Whenever he took the snaps, he was typically the best player on the field.
8. Ryan Oliver Ryan Oliver 6'3" | 195 lbs | QB Lakeridge | 2023 State OR 6-3 195 QB Lakeridge- Oliver has the potential of blowing up and being a major D1 QB with continued progression. He is young for the grade making what he has done thus far in his career all the more impressive. Over the last two seasons he has thrown 29 TDs/7 INTs and hit on 64% of his passes in 15 games.
9. Mark Hamper Mark Hamper 6'2" | 205 lbs | ATH West Linn | 2023 State OR 6-2 200 ATH West Linn- Hamper will be a conference and state POY favorite on both sides of the football next season. 11. Drew Rodriguez Drew Rodriguez 6'2" | 200 lbs | DB Sprague | 2023 State OR 6-2 195 Safety Sprague- Rodriguez was the PRZ Underclassmen of the Year on D and projects as a D1 Safety. Not crazy #s but Sager is a physical presence coming off the edge, and impresses on multiple fronts.
13. Kevin Cassidy Kevin Cassidy 6'6" | 270 lbs | OL Mountainside | 2023 State OR 6-6 250 T Mountainside- Overall Cassidy is new to the O line position but is expected to blow up this off season. Most are aware of the genes, with father Brian Cassidy being a former All American at Stanford and projected 1st round NFL pick, before a career ending injury.
14. Tiger Black Tiger Black 6'3" | 265 lbs | DL Roseburg | 2023 State OR 6-3 260 DT Roseburg- The SWC Defensive POY is definitely one of the fastest rising recruits in Oregon after back-to-back dominant seasons down South. He is an absolute disrupter on the interior and should get some D1 looks.
15. Will Wilson Will Wilson 6'3" | 225 lbs | LB Tualatin | 2023 State OR 6-3 215 LB Tualatin- Wilson has legit size and is incredibly fluid from his LB spot. Statistically he had an outstanding year making 79 total tackles, with 10 tackles for loss, and 5 sacks in 11 games. He will be key if the T-Wolves make another run to the title game.
16. Oliver Fisher Oliver Fisher 6'5" | 225 lbs | TE Sherwood | 2023 State OR 6-5 225 DE Sherwood- Fisher earned 1st team all conference honors on the defenisive side of the ball. He could be one of Oregon’s breakout offensive athletes and a primary target as a senior, after catching 5 passes for 80 yards last season.
17. Roice Cleeland Roice Cleeland 6'3" | 290 lbs | OL Jesuit | 2023 State OR 6-3 270 C Jesuit (OFFERS: Portland St) Another kid where the genes speak for themselves as the son of 9-year NFL vet Cam Cleeland. Roice is fundamentally gifted, bringing a lot to the table you can’t teach while coming from a football family. He earned 1st team all-conference and all state honors in 21′.
18. Jake Holmes Jake Holmes 6'3" | 225 lbs | DL West Linn | 2023 State OR 6-4 220 West Linn DE- Another kid with D1 genes who comes from a talented family. His abilities after the catch are real as you can expect multiple universities to be vying for his services.
20. Earl Ingle Earl Ingle 6'1" | 215 lbs | LB West Linn | 2023 State OR 6-1 195 LB West Linn- One of the most talented kids in Oregon. He also added 3 INTs and 3 PBU’s, showing off his overall athleticism at the QB spot as well.
21. Sullivan McDaniel Sullivan McDaniel 6'3" | 225 lbs | LB Clackamas | 2023 State OR 6-3 225 LB Clackamas- Another kid who has size and is an outstanding overall athlete. 23. Jordan Fisher Jordan Fisher 5'8" | 175 lbs | RB Westview | 2023 State OR 5-8 175 RB Westview- This kid is the real deal. Typically the size would prevent an individual from playing at the D1 level but I would consider Fisher an exception to the rule. In 10 games he rushed 163 times for 1549 total yards and 26 TDs.
24. Payton Roth Payton Roth 6'4" | 200 lbs | RB Jesuit | 2023 State OR 6-3 210 RB Jesuit- Roth split time with a few other talented backs ( Michael Rincon Michael Rincon 5'10" | 180 lbs | RB Jesuit | 2022 State OR & Lonnie Burt Lonnie Burt 6'1" | 200 lbs | ATH Jesuit | 2024 State OR ). He has great size and moves well, but there is a still lot yet to determined. He was a 200+ yard and multiple TD back on a few occasions before going down with an injury to end his season.
25.Donald Stephens Jr. 6-0 205 RB Grant- Chili broke out as a freshman putting together some impressive film at the Varsity level. From a recruiting standpoint a lot will depend on this off season and how he shows up. If he is a D1 RB he will absolutely dominate the PIL.
25tie. Jayden Moses Jayden Moses 6'0" | 200 lbs | LB Grant | 2023 State OR 6-0 200 LB Grant- Moses will go down as one of the top LBs ever to come out of Grant. He earned 1st team all-league honors as a Junior and will end up a 4-year starter. No one questions the talent, it’s just a size thing if we are talking D1 ball.
