Not only because of his catching ability, but blocking as well. The Sam Houston signee did it all for his team. He provided a mismatch when lined up in the slot or to the outside, and played a physical game. An absolute redzone threat who makes the contested catches as well. A very skilled receiver with a big body and wide catch radius, Murdock is a quarterbacks dream. He high points the ball and shows very strong hands. Even when doubled, he is likely to make the catch. Murdock showed very good blocking in space as well to spring open teammates. He is a sure handed target who has very good speed and agility in the open field. He shows very good run after catch skills and does not go down without a fight. The Baylor signee finished his senior year with 549 receiving yards with 8 touchdowns on 34 catches. The Colorado Buffs signee was a two way player who showed his physicality and finesse on both ends. His size made him a deep threat that nobody could challenge and he showed strong hands on contested catches.
