This list incorproates the state’s top recruits from all classes and classifications. Typically if you are ranked here you are considered a D1 athlete. This list can be tough to put together as you have to project out with some of the younger guys who have yet to be offered. Referenced below is how I would have individuals listed as of right now based on collegiate projection.

*Athletes will only be listed on one side of the football

Oregon’s Top Offensive Recruits (Ranked #1-25) All Classes & Classifications
.[player_tooltip player_id="104685" first="Riley" last="Williams"] 6-6 230 TE 23’ Central Catholic (OFFERS: 10+ Ohio St, Oregon, USC, Florida St, Tennessee etc..)- Williams is one of the top TE’s in America and when all is said and done potentially one of the top recruits ever to come out of Oregon.
.[player_tooltip player_id="28833" first="Darrius" last="Clemons"] 6-3 205 WR 22’ Westview (COMMITTED: Michigan)- One of the most decorated athletes in state history made his decision this week with offers from the likes of Miami, USC, Oregon and Alabama.
.[player_tooltip player_id="143892" first="Jacob" last="Strand"] 6-5 270 T 22’ Canby (COMMITTED: Oregon St)- One of the fastest rising recruits in the region in my opinion. I think the Beavers scored big here, as Strand is incredibly athletic impressing on D with 77 total tackles, 19 tackles for loss, and 9 sacks in the last 14 games (1.5 years).
.[player_tooltip player_id="152356" first="Joey" last="Olsen"] 6-5 200 WR 24’ Lakeridge- (OFFERS: Penn St, Oregon St, Arizona St, Nevada, Louisville)- It’s rare for a freshman to rack up a handful of FBS offers but he did just that, accounting for 1,074 yards and 11 TD’s on 50 receptions (21.5 ypc) over the last two seasons.
.[player_tooltip player_id="143909" first="Justius" last="Lowe"] 6-1 175 WR 22’ Lake Oswego (OFFERS: Oregon, Oregon St, Ariz St, Colorado, Arizona)- Lowe is one of the top WR’s in the West and should be in the 6A POY conversation as his film speaks for itself.
.[player_tooltip player_id="110171" first="Sam" last="Leavitt"] 6-1 195 QB 23’ Westview (OFFERS: Florida St, Arizona)- Leavitt comes from an impressive family with NFL genes. From a recruitment standpoint a lot will be determined by this off season.
.[player_tooltip player_id="28842" first="Jacob" last="Newell"] 6-5 230 TE 22’ Thurston (COMMITTED: Arizona St)- Newell recently flipped from Nevada. Give the Sun Devils credit as Jake was underrated and ASU capitalized on that.
.[player_tooltip player_id="147861" first="Luke" last="Leighton"] 6-5 195 TE/OLB 23’ Sheldon- Look for Leighton to blow up this off season. He has elite size and legit speed, earning 1st team LB honors, while catching 43 passes for 660 yards and 8 TD’s offensively as a Junior.
.[player_tooltip player_id="152358" first="AJ" last="Pugliano"] 6-4 220 TE 24’ North Medford (OFFERS: Oregon, Oregon St)- Pugliano broke out as a freshman and continued that tear on both sides of the football. The Ducks don’t just offer anybody.
.[player_tooltip player_id="110178" first="Jack" last="Wagner"] 6-4 180 23’ QB/S Tualatin- Wagner might be Oregon’s fastest rising recruit. He split time with 2x 1st team all-conference QB [player_tooltip player_id="28854" first="Jackson" last="Jones"], and was dominant anytime he got an opportunity. His combination of size and ability to run is unique, as he is a true dual threat.
.[player_tooltip player_id="110242" first="Ryan" last="Oliver"] 6-3 195 QB 23’ Lakeridge- Oliver is a D1 QB with unlimited potential. He is young for the grade making what he has done the last two seasons that much more impressive, passing for 29 TDs and 7 INTs, while hitting on 64% of his passes.
.[player_tooltip player_id="28839" first="Jordan" last="King"] 6-2 200 WR 22’ Central Catholic (OFFERS: UNLV, Idaho, Florida Atlantic, C. Michigan)- I’ve always been a big advocate of King. He’s talented enough to play on either side of the ball at the D1 level.
13. [player_tooltip player_id="28846" first="Cole" last="Prusia"] 6-3 200 WR/DB Tualatin (COMMITTED: Princeton)- Oregon’s Gatorade POY as a Junior de-committed from OSU to head to the Ivy League and play for Princeton. He projects at WR but he could be a top Safety collegiately.
.[player_tooltip player_id="28892" first="Kage" last="Casey"] 6-6 270 T 22’ Clackamas (COMMITTED: Boise St)- Another kid who was offered by Oregon St but chose to be a Bronco. Casey moves exceptionally well making him that much more appealing on O.
.[player_tooltip player_id="28836" first="Keenan" last="Speer-Johnson"] 6-2 190 WR 22’ Mountainside (OFFERS: Kentucky, Maryland, Nevada, Utah St, FAU)- As most know KSJ comes from a football family with NFL genes. With continued progression he could have a wildly successful college career.
.[player_tooltip player_id="152328" first="TC" last="Manumaleuna II"] 6-0 190 QB/ATH 24’ North Salem (OFFERS: Oregon, Florida St, Louisville)- Manumaleuna recently landed a few major D1 offers. His off-season performances will be one’s to pay attention to.
.[player_tooltip player_id="28902" first="Dom" last="Montiel"] 6-2 190 QB 22’ Marshfield (OFFERS: Portland St)- Montiel might have had the most impressive season of any athlete state wide, passing for 3,668 yards and 50 TDs (68% Com Pct), and winning the 4A state title. If he ends up in the Big Sky, he could be one of the best QBs in the conference.
.[player_tooltip player_id="28843" first="Malik" last="Ross"] 6-0 190 ATH 22’ Tualatin (OFFERS: Air Force)- Ross had a POY type season. As of right now he is probably the most underrated player in the state, as he would do well and be a multiyear starter at the FCS level.
.[player_tooltip player_id="152354" first="Cru" last="Newman"] 5-11 70 QB 24’ Central Catholic- Oregon’s 6A Offensive POY as a Sophomore. Newman epitomizes everything you want in a leader. He’s undersized but tpically the best player on the field.
.[player_tooltip player_id="205821" first="Kevin" last="Cassidy"] 6-6 250 T 23’ Mountainside- From a projection standpoint Cassidy has the size and the pedigree to be a big time recruit. As most know his father Brian was one of the best big men ever play in Oregon, excelling at Stanford.
.[player_tooltip player_id="204572" first="Braylon" last="Cornell"] 6-6 290 T 22’ West Linn (COMMITTED: Portland St) - Cornell had a breakout Senior campaign and will stay home to play D1 ball for the Vikings. This could be a big score for PSU as you can’t teach the size.
.[player_tooltip player_id="110209" first="Jordan" last="Fisher"] 5-8 175 RB 23’ Westview- Fisher is the exception to the rule from a size standpoint in my opinion. He is extremely tough and excelled as a Junior, rushing for 1,467 yards and 23 TDs in 9 games, averaging 10.3 ypc.
.[player_tooltip player_id="28838" first="Miles" last="Williams"] 6-0 180 WR 22’ Clackamas (OFFERS: E.Washington, Nevada, Oregon St)- Williams broke out early in his career landing that OSU offer. The 3* WR caught 31 passes for 637 yards and 12 TDs in 10 games as a senior.
.[player_tooltip player_id="108140" first="Bryce" last="Dyer"] 6-5 205 WR 22’ North Medford- If someone gives Dyer an opportunity at the FCS level I think he would do well. He is a multi sport standout, who excels academically (4.15) GPA, and could be an Ivy League type candidate
25. [player_tooltip player_id="28882" first="Gabe" last="Olvera"] 5-10 180 ATH 22’ Lake Oswego- (OFFERS: San Diego)- There is very little that Olvera didn’t do over the course of his career. Taking everything into account he was potentially the most productive athlete state wide at the 6A level.
tie.[player_tooltip player_id="204547" first="Pierce" last="Davidson"] 6-7 195 WR 22’ Marshfield- Davidson is an intriguing prospect as it’s tough to find 6-7 and athletic. His 43 receptions for 670 yards and 6 TDs are just a glimpse of his potential.
