Here are seven Stock Risers from our most recent rankings update of the best 700 seniors in all of Pennsylvania! All players listed below are invited to the StockUp showcase if they feel they are under-recruited or have yet to commit.
Further film study has proven that each of these DBs deserved a boost!
[player_tooltip player_id="27596" first="Pharoh" last="Fisher"] 88 ----- 58
6’0, 185 | Serra Catholic
The highest ranking player in an absolutely loaded Serra Catholic defense. Fisher is leading this Serra Catholic defense that has forced 20 turnovers in three games! Fisher has leaped from a Top 100 player to just outside the top 50 in his class. He has recently decommited from Navy and his recruitment is 100% open.
[player_tooltip player_id="27587" first="Terry" last="Cameau"] 112 ----- 64
5’11, 180 | Neumann-Goretti
[player_tooltip player_id="27587" first="Terry" last="Cameau"] hasn’t necessarily stood out statistically this Fall, but film study has shown we may have been too low on this kid from an upside perspective. I love the physical play-style Cameau brings to his DB position. Best part is, I think his build has room to grow. An off-season at the next-level could have him more toned and explosive.

[player_tooltip player_id="27621" first="Rashaan" last="Wright"] 116 ----- 89
5’10, 170 | Imhotep Charter
[player_tooltip player_id="27621" first="Rashaan" last="Wright"] has boosted his ranking high enough to land him in the top 100. Somehow, this kid is without offers. That will change in time. All-PPL 1st DB, on a star-studded defense. Wright is tied for 2nd on the team with 3 INTs on the year.
[player_tooltip player_id="27660" first="Eden" last="Johnson"] 137 ------ 128
SS/QB Governor Mifflin
Here’s another stud who garnered serious Top 100 consideration. He landed just outside of it. He’s an incredibly productive DB with OLB/Box safety qualities. Ton of tackles made, really active in the run game. Also has team lead in INTs with 3. Would love to see [player_tooltip player_id="27660" first="Eden" last="Johnson"] at the StockUp Showcase.
[player_tooltip player_id="140869" first="Eric" last="Willis"] 167 ------- 133

5’9, 165 | Academy Park

[player_tooltip player_id="140869" first="Eric" last="Willis"]’ jump comes in large part to his overall efforts at Academy Park. He should really be designated as an Athlete, considering how productive he is at WR and RB. His DB skills are what I believe will land him a future home at the next level. Pretty sure this kid is unoffered too. Had the pleasure of seeing the kid secure two Pick-Sixes in a playoff game live.
[player_tooltip player_id="140885" first="Amir" last="Anderson"] 296 ------- 278
5’11, 180 | LaSalle College
1st-Team All-Catholic defensive back on one of Pennsylvania’s best programs. That alone deserves recognition. The jump may not seem drastic, but is considering the amount of DBs we added to this list. Happy to see his recruitment heat up a little recently.
[player_tooltip player_id="168800" first="Mustafa" last="Thompson"] WL ------- 291
Wissahickon - King’s College ‘26.
Watchlist to Top 300 senior in PA. Awesome boost for the recently committed Thompson. Congrats on his commitment to King’s College by the way! Hope to see this kid live in person in January. Super physical DB who wants his presence to be felt.
