He also had a 51-yard TD reception. Schlaffer had 5 receptions for 55 yards and 2 touchdowns. He had some big-time catches in the game as well.

Central Valley 2023 Safety Jayvin Thompson Jayvin Thompson 6'2" | 185 lbs | ATH Central Valley | 2023 State PA
Thompson who is currently our 57th overall ranked player had a field day in a big win against North Catholic for the WPIAL 3A title. On defense, he had 4 interceptions. Offensively, he had 2 receptions for 84 yards and 2 touchdowns. Thompson had more than 200 all-purpose yards including INT returns. Below are highlights from the game.
Bishop McDevitt QB Stone Saunders Stone Saunders 6'2" | 200 lbs | QB Bishop McDevitt | 2025 State PA
Saunders played a Lampeter-Strasburg defense who only gave up 9.6 points per game entering this game. Bishop McDevitt won 7-0, but this was Saunders’ worst game of the season. He went 4-for-15 41 yards with no touchdowns and 1 interception. As we get deeper into the playoffs these games get tougher, especially for a young inexperienced quarterback like Saunders, who will be entering his 4th playoff career start next week. Saunders and Co. will be playing Bishop Shanahan in the 4A PIAA Semi-finals. Bishop Shanahan only allows 11.7 points per game. Love this kid and what he has done this season, but if he wants to take his team to the finals in Hershey and even win, he has to play better and protect the ball.
Bishop Canevin Xavier Nelson Xavier Nelson 5'9" | 160 lbs | ATH Bishop Canevin | 2023 State PA
It was tied 7-7, in the second quarter against Our Lady of Sacred Heart. Then Nelson went on a scoring rampage, adding 3 more touchdowns in the second quarter, which led to a blowout win 42-7. Nelson had 2 receptions for 102 yards and 2 touchdowns, including a 67-yard catch and run. He also recorded 2 interceptions, including a 46-yard pick-six. Below are highlights of the game.
Brashear LB Ta’Mere Robinson Ta’Mere Robinson 6'3" | 225 lbs | LB Brashear | 2023 State PA
Robinson, who is currently our 2nd ranked overall player and 1st ranked linebacker in the 2023 class announced his top 10 schools on Thanksgiving. Robinson, unfortunately, tore his ACL in the final regular-season game. His recovery is crucial this off-season. It’ll be interesting to see how he performs senior year.
I just want to take the time to say I am thankful for all the schools that offered me an opportunity to come and play for them, but Me and my family decided it’s time to start narrowing down to a few schools!!
