Erby went 17-for-26 246 yards and 2 touchdowns. He also threw 2 interceptions. Erby broke school records as a sophomore. After 11 games played, he finished the season completing 83.3% of his passes with a minimum of 150 attempts. He threw over 3,000 yards and had 42 passing touchdowns. Heister made his commitment known on November 19th. Hiester had a few FCS offers and D-II offers. Hiester received a preferred walk-on offer from West Virginia earlier this month. So when he made his announcement he was committing soon a few days ago, it was obvious where we would choose. Hiester’s career stats 306 total tackles, 45 tackles for loss, 7 sacks, 3 interceptions, 3 pass breakups, 3 blocked punts, and 2 blocked field goals.
