Over the next two months, Prep RedZone Tennessee will be updating their prospects rankings, so over that period of time, we will be breaking down each position and telling you the guys who have taken a step up in the games and gone to a whole other level!
Here we look at and breakdown the senior offensive linemen.
1. (OG/C) [player_tooltip player_id="102028" first="Carter" last="Miller"] (6’3 1/2 285) - Ravenwood
- Miller came to the Middle Tennessee area from the state of Texas to develop and enhance his recruitment and the burly interior people mover has done just that. The Raptors senior lineman has displayed excellent physicality and mobility from the middle and shown to be one of the better interior line prospects in the entire state. Miller has received multiple FCS offers and a couple from the D1 level but has yet to really break out. He deserves a bigger look from bigger schools, especially after the dominating performance he has put up this year in possibly the toughest region in the state.
* Miller and his Raptors team are in the Quarterfinals of the TNHSFB Playoffs (Next game: Friday at Summit) *

2. (OT/G) [player_tooltip player_id="102061" first="Evan" last="Carney"] (6’5 280) - CPA
- Many did not know about Carney prior to the spring, summer camp tour but he quickly made a name for himself and this season, the 6’5 long armed pass blocker backed it up! Carney is still developing and learning the game and his body, which is a great sign for whatever coaching staff gets to teach him in college. What he brings to the table now is athleticism and the ability to get to the 2nd level in a hurry. He also punishes his opponents and seems to enjoy it. The Lions O-lineman is picking up steam with recruiting recently and may not be done. Look for many others to get involved soon, possibly even some D1 programs.
* Carney and his Lions team play in the Semi-Finals of the TNHSFB Playoffs (Next game: Friday at Lausanne)

- Bah is a massive, wide bodied young man that burst onto the scene this season and established himself as one of the best O-linemen from the West Tennessee area. His work during his senior year has landed him in the Sun Belt Conference as Bah committed to Arkansas St. a few weeks ago and his future could be bright in Jonesboro. The Athletics senior lineman takes up a lot of space with his body and long arms, which helps him keep defenders at bay with his pass blocking. He is also a mauler in the run game, so Bah has the upside to possibly stay out at tackle or swing inside to punish opponents at guard during his time at Arkansas State.

4. (OT/G) [player_tooltip player_id="102090" first="Aleric" last="Watson"] (6’6 285) - MTCS
- The Red Wolves strike yet again as this 6’6 potential driven tackle headed to Jonesboro as well and this guy may even have more upside than the guy mentioned above. Watson is all sorts of long with his height and arms and has the width to lock up defenders on the outside. The Cougars stud lineman shows upside as a pass blocker that could possibly play left tackle in his time at Arkansas St. but at worst, Watson looks like a good fit on the right side. He could also grow and develop into a guard and serve the Red Wolves well as a strong run blocker. Watson earned his spot with ASU due to a strong senior year that finally put his abilities on the map.
* Watson and his Cougars team play in the Semi-Finals of the TNHSFB Playoffs (Next game: vs. Nash. Christian)

5. (OT/G) [player_tooltip player_id="175742" first="Branson" last="Conner"] (6’7 320) - Whitehaven
- If you’re looking for a lineman that you can plug on the line that looks like a mack truck and moves like one, Conner is your guy! This is a massive young man with low body fat and a powerful lower base that is hard to move. Conner takes up a lot of space on the line, so he already has the advantage of size on most of his opponents but what has earned him several FCS offers thus far is his improved agility. Conner does need to keep developing his mobility and overall athleticism but the size and strength is there to compete and start on a college offensive line.

6. (OT/G) [player_tooltip player_id="102063" first="Connor" last="Meadows"] (6’5 295) - Peabody

- Meadows is a guy that many around these parts knew about headed into the 2021 season as the 6’5 O-lineman took part in several offseason camps on top of performing well during his junior season and state title run. Meadows was viewed as one of the top offensive linemen from the West Tennessee region headed into the season and he has done nothing to take away from that status but even more so grown upon it. The Golden Tide senior lineman has improved his mobility and technique along with adding the needed weight to take on the physicality from the next level. Meadows committed to UT-Martin earlier this year and remains strong with his decision to the Skyhawks to this day.

7. (C/G) [player_tooltip player_id="150888" first="Austin" last="Andrews"] (6’3 285) - Meigs Co.
- This is a hidden gem that if given the opportunity on any level of college football, the Tigers senior center could excel and turn into a multi year starter. Yes, that’s how good I believe Andrews is and the fact that he played stellar football this year just shortly after a battle with cancer shows you the grit and determination inside his heart and soul. The Tigers senior leader is a warrior up front that can make all the calls and move his man to the 2nd level with ease. Andrews is a good athlete in the middle that could play either guard spot if needed. He brings a lot of value up front as well as a key component in the locker room that college coaches should take a deeper look at this East Tennessee product.

8. (OG) [player_tooltip player_id="102050" first="Marcus" last="James"] (6’5 315) - Germantown

- One of the best stories of the season has to be James. This massive young man for the Red Devils that has earned several FCS offers over the past few months, dedicated himself in the offseason to losing weight and putting himself in better condition for his senior year and he did just that by shedding the pounds and becoming more explosive. His conditioning work made James a better player and it shows on film. College coaches see this West Tennessee product as a guard that can move people with ease and someone that will only get better with more coaching. James still has work to do on his body and game but he has done everything right so far to earn the offers he has and interest from many others.

9. (OT/G) [player_tooltip player_id="215054" first="Harris" last="Hagan"] (6’7 255) - ECS
- Hagan came into the 2021 season as an unknown but about halfway through the football year, this West Tennessee O-lineman began to pick up momentum on the recruiting scene with a few FCS offers and now he sits as one of the better tackle prospects available. Hagan sports all the physical traits that college coaches like. He is tall and long with a great frame for additional weight. Hagan is also quite athletic for his size and shows on film nice feet and the ability to move laterally pretty well. More work must be done with his body and overall game but the upside and potential is there for Hagan to develop into a starting tackle on the college level one day.

10. (C/G) [player_tooltip player_id="102120" first="Sully" last="Sexton"] (6’3 280) - Anderson Co.

- If anybody on this list took full advantage of their offseason work and senior season, it was Sexton. The Mavericks senior O-lineman has improved a ton and should be looked at harder by college coaches as the guy that can man the center position, making all the calls or swing over to play either guard spot. Sexton is a leader, ultimate competitor and team 1st guy that brings a lot of value to a football team and locker room. This East Tennessee product still sits under the radar currently with recruiting but it’s been picking up steam of late, so maybe some bigger offers could be coming his way pretty soon.
