Oregon 6A All State Underclassmen Team- OFFENSE

The All-State Underclassmen Team features Oregon's top athletes at the 6A level who will be returning next season. An individual's recruitment is not the primary factor in the selection process, as it is with the rankings. His 61 receptions lead the state, to go along with his 11.4 yards per carry average on the ground. There is very little Hamper didn't do as he could legitimately be considered the defensive player of the year as well.
