We had two very close games last night with 4 equally matched teams. I will detail the top recruits below. <a class="uni-link--implied" href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/11845741">Daniel Enovitch</a> RB, St. Edward (2022) - Had 37 carries for close to 200 yards last night. He was the best player on the field and will be an outstanding college RB. Has multiple schools after him and after this run should see a bevy of offers. Dan has speed, power, and wiggle and is hard to tackle. He is patient in between the tackles and has second level burst. I am really impressed with his ability to get to the second level and separate. He does a great job in the open field and has really good hands out of the backfield. Doak Buttermore DB, Upper Arlington (2022) - Doak had an great night and he showed why he is one of the best players in Central Ohio. Finished the game with 15 solo tackles. He does a tremendous job of commanding the defense from the safety position. He is really fast and triggers downhill very quickly. He gets after the ball carriers on inside and outside run. Takes on blocks well and sheds easily. He is very talented in pass coverage and can play equally well in zone and man schemes. [player_tooltip player_id="34392" first="Te’Sean" last="Smoot"] QB, Springfield (2022) - Te’Sean has 20 plus offers on the table. He is extremely athletic and dynamic with the ball in his hands. Throws with really good velocity and accuracy. He is one of the best players on the field and makes dynamic plays with his arm and his legs. Good command of the offense with an understanding of when and where to throw the ball at all times. He will be a tremendous college football player. [player_tooltip player_id="187505" first="Joel" last="Castleberry"] CB, St. Edward (2022) - Joel has a couple of Division 1 offers. He runs a 4.4 40 yard dash and has really good technique from the corner position. He can play man and zone equally well. He stays on top of the receivers and transitions to break up quickly. He is a good man corner and it is hard to shake him. He is a very good tackler and tough due to his size for the position. More offers should be headed his way this off season. Jordan Marshall RB, Archbishop Moeller (2024) - This sophomore will be highly recruited and offered. He carries a 3.9 GPA in the classroom and is also a two sport athlete. He is electric with the ball in his hands. Can score everytime he touches it. He has wiggle for days and speed to pull away from anyone. Scored a couple touchdowns on Friday and kept the Crusaders in it till the end.
