Dillon (9-0) at Camden (10-2)

If you’re looking for tradition on the day after Thanksgiving, look no further than Zemp Stadium in Camden.

Dillon will be looking to make its ninth state championship game appearance in the last 10 years but the first under first-year coach Kelvin Roller. The Wildcats have eight state titles overall. Camden is in its third straight semifinal contest. The Bulldogs lost in this game two years ago, finished as Class 3A runner-up last year and are looking to get back to the finals again. They have seven state titles overall.

This one should feature plenty of defense. Dillon is allowing just over nine points a game, including just 24 points in the first three rounds of the playoffs. Camden is allowing just over 12 points a game, including 24 in the three playoff games but all 24 of those came last week in a 27-24 win over Brookland-Cayce.

Charles Brayboy, Xzavion Davis and Quinton Harris have led the way defensively. [player_tooltip player_id="59479" first="Nemo" last="Squire"] (1,009 rushing yards and 23 touchdowns) and [player_tooltip player_id="153266" first="Jack" last="Grider"] have been the offensive catalyst. Grider is 25-of-37 for 446 yards and five touchdowns in the playoffs. He’s also rushed for 201 yards and a score.

Dillon defeated Oceanside Collegiate 35-10 in the third round.

Camden had to hold-off a last minute Brookland-Cayce drive to win 27-24. B-C had a chance at a Hail Mary pass from the Camden 30-yard line on the final play of the game.

Camden entered the game with three straight shutouts but allowed 24 points and 374 yards passing to the Bearcats.

The Bulldogs trailed 17-13 in the fourth quarter but two fourth quarter touchdowns from [player_tooltip player_id="139311" first="Grayson" last="White"] were the difference. The first one came after a 42-yard pass from White to [player_tooltip player_id="153231" first="Anthony" last="Lyles"] set up a 2-yard White TD run. Later, the duo connected on a 51-yard touchdown to extend the lead to 27-17 with over 3 minutes remaining.

White had two rushing touchdowns and two passing scores, both to Lyles. White threw for 190 yards with Lyles’s accounting for 157 of those on nine catches.

[player_tooltip player_id="153232" first="Jaylen" last="Pate"] blocked a punt to set up a score. [player_tooltip player_id="61078" first="Tevin" last="Eley"] had seven tackles and two forced fumbles.

Dontrell Stratford, [player_tooltip player_id="89338" first="Xzavier" last="McLeod"] and Dorian Ferguson will be key for Camden.
