Dorman showed a commitment to the run game after a long layoff, rushing for 322 yards in the contest. Leading the way was Demarius Foster. Foster ran for 269 yards on 29 carries, scoring on runs of 12, 49, 4, 1, and 44 yards.
Jamir Dewberry ran wild in Broome’s 35-7 win over Landrum. Dewberry had 205 yards on the ground, and scored four touchdowns for the Centurions. It was the RB’s second game of the season with more than 200 yards rushing.
Grayson Loftis Grayson Loftis 6'2" | 175 lbs | QB Gaffney | 2023 State SC helped pace Gaffney in the Indians’ 38-35 victory over Gray Collegiate. Loftis threw for 261 yards and two touchdowns on 11-of-21 passing.
Even in a defeat, Woodruff’s Kory Scott had a solid night. Subbing for injured starter Carson Tucker, Scott threw for 229 yards and a touchdown in the Wolverines’ loss to Greer.
Tyler Smith Tyler Smith 5'11" | 180 lbs | RB Gaffney | 2022 State SC continued his stellar season for Gaffney. Smith ran for 129 yards and two scores for the Indians. On the season, he’s averaging 6.8 yards per carry, 99.2 yards per game, and has scored 12 touchdowns.
