Emerging Quarterbacks to Watch in 2021

There are some good prospects that should all be getting looks for the next level. Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level.       Aidan Maclean- Clearwater High 6’0 170lbs McLane transferred over from East Lake to Clearwater High this offseason and he has started off hot this season. He has lit up Lakeland and his former team East Lake in the first two games this season passing for 641 yards, 6 touchdowns, and completing 68% of his passes. He shows touch and accuracy at all three levels of the field, he is athletic, does a good job rolling out and throwing on the run with accuracy, and can use his feet to buy time. Young shows good touch and ball placement on deep throws, has athleticism and the ability to buy time with his feet and throw strikes on the run, he also shows good running ability in the zone-read. He’s passed for 572 yards, seven touchdowns and has completed 76% of his passes and has also added 63 yards on the ground. Smith has prototype size and arm strength in what you’re looking for in a big-time quarterback, has good athleticism and can beat you multiple ways. He’s not disappointed in 2021, he’s passed for 570 yards, 4 touchdowns and completed over 55% of his passes in two games this season. He does a good job making quick reads and getting rid of the ball with accuracy, he also has good arm strength, showing accuracy and timing to throwing deep outs with touch and placement.
