Williams is the number two prospect in California’s 2022 class according to Prep Redzone. Williams had a team-high five touchdown receptions for Mater Dei in the spring including two touchdown catches against St. John Bosco in the Trinity League championship game.
I spoke to Williams two days before his decision at Trinity League media day.
“The biggest thing for me was to get through that decision and focus on football season. I’m very excited to get it out of the way and play this season with my guys and win one for coach Rollinson.” Williams said. “Whatever school I go to gets a football player, a good person, student and a big recruiter for the 2022 and 2023 class. I’ll be making sure we are stacked for years to come.”
Williams is one of the better high school receivers I have covered. He is a lengthy, fast, runs good routes and high points the ball.

Jurupa Hills sophomore running back Stacey Bey picked up an offer from Louisiana Monroe on Wednesday.
Nevada has also offered Bey.
Bey rushed for 68 yards on eight carries as a freshman and his 215 pound frame as a sophomore makes him an intriguing prospect as an every down back.
Jurupa Hills runs an interesting offense that isn’t quite a double wing but with multiple backs in motion and misdirection plays. They like to line up Bey behind a tackle and throw to him on screens or swings when he is against a backer in man coverage. He is an intriguing sophomore to watch this fall.
