Standout Trait - Dual Position Consistency
Mackinder does so much well on both sides of the ball. Can be trusted to run his routes accordingly and with focus. Tough player on both sides of the ball. Physical, aggressive, play in and play out. He is just as productive a wideout, as he is a defensive back. His 1st and 2nd team All-Conference honors at each position prove that.
[player_tooltip player_id="178634" first="Marquese" last="Gardlock"] | 6’4, 180 | Redbank Valley | R/236
Standout Trait - Ball Locating/Concentration
Wanted to go with raw athleticism for this kid, taking into account his prowess on the court as well. Even his high-pointing ability. Gardlock's stock can go through the roof if he can refine his game. His ability to locate the ball downfield without losing a step or lose concentration is great!
[player_tooltip player_id="178635" first="Chris" last="Marshall"] | 6’3, 180 | Redbank Valley | R/222
Standout Trait - Body Control
Love Marshall's ability to play through contact while maintaining leverage and body control. He's productive in the red zone because of it. So often seen framing the ball through contact as if smaller defenders weren't there. Impressive.
[player_tooltip player_id="179396" first="Robert" last="Rossi"] | 6’4, 190 | Scranton Prep | R/183
Standout Trait - Athleticism/Size Combination
183 is just the start for Rossi who has serious athleticism for someone his size. He looks and plays bigger than 190 pounds for sure. I trust Rossi's hands the most of any prospect on this list, and that's saying something as Marshall and Gardlock have some impressive catches on their tapes. Catches the ball away from his body often. Stride and acceleration can catch defensive backs off guard.

Defensive Backs
[player_tooltip player_id="186323" first="Matt" last="Charney"] | 5’10, 180 | Bishop Shanahan | R/451
Standout Trait - Tackling Technique
Charney looks capable of playing linebacker based on his great tackling technique alone. He comes downhill in a flash. Breaks down fluidly and in a pinch after acceleration downfield. Reads the run well. Cleans up tackles well too.
[player_tooltip player_id="179414" first="Marco" last="Mongelluzzo"] | 6’0, 165 | Latrobe Area | R/416
Standout Trait - Pursuit/Effort
Pursuit/Effort sounds like a cop-out. Except this is a serious standout trait when watching Mongelluzzo's tape. Play after play, if he's beat early, he gives his all to recover. Plenty of chase-down tackles on tape, plenty of last-resort tackles that save touchdowns. Last-second PBU's. You cannot count this kid out on defense, he might just make a play. Love his build as well.

[player_tooltip player_id="186447" first="Ryan" last="Blass"] | Pleasant Valley | R/393
Standout Trait - Position/Alignment Versatility
Legitimate do-it-all wideout and defensive back. Can align inside and out at wideout despite his impressive size. Even seen in-line just outside the tackle. He's returning kicks, playing inside and out on defense as well. Good hands too! His radius is long above his head. Position and alignment versatility are a huge plus to programs at the next level.
Rolando Hall Jr. | 6’2, 185 | Imhotep Charter | R/304
Standout Trait - Prototypical Build
There is limited tape on Rolando to truly dissect. He looks the part. Long-limbed, preferable height/weight combination. All of this combined with a high IQ. Want to see more!
