Jalil Tucker Jalil Tucker 6'0" | 180 lbs | ATH Lincoln | 2022 State CA , Lincoln, 2022
A versatile playmaker on both sides of the ball, Tucker is widely considered one of the top athletes in California. Listed as an ATH and mostly lining up at WR/CB, Tucker possesses a rare combination of elite ball skills and speed capable of burning coverage downfield and turning underneath routes into explosive plays. He has tremendous balance and quickness in and out of cuts making him extremely difficult to both cover and tackle in open space. On Friday, Tucker joined teammate Jahlil Florence Jahlil Florence 6'2" | 180 lbs | DB Lincoln - San Diego | 2022 State CA in committing to Oregon after Lincoln’s 49-0 win over Monte Vista. With his commitment set for now, Tucker will be looking to further solidify his place as a top player in the state and lead Lincoln to a strong season.

Rex Haynes Rex Haynes 6'4" | 200 lbs | WR Cathedral Catholic | 2022 State CA – Cathedral Catholic, 2022
At 6’4 195 lbs., Haynes has the physical makeup of a future D-1 receiver. He excels at converting deep routes into explosive plays with solid straight-line speed and great ball skills. He’s a tough, physical receiver that isn’t afraid to go up and fight for a ball in the air or sustain blocks downfield clearing lanes for ball-carriers. Haynes’ physicality and skillset complements Cathedral QB Charlie Mirer Charlie Mirer 6'6" | 225 lbs | QB Cathedral Catholic | 2022 State CA ’s big arm and ability to push the ball downfield extremely well. The big-play production from this combo will be an important piece for one of the top teams in the state this season. He currently holds offers from ASU, Fresno St., Colorado St., and SDSU.
Makhi Smith Makhi Smith 6'0" | 170 lbs | WR La Jolla | 2022 State CA – La Jolla, 2022
Smith serves as a reliable weapon in the slot for QB Jackson Stratton Jackson Stratton 6'4" | 205 lbs | QB La Jolla | 2022 State CA and the La Jolla offense. He impacts the game in a variety of ways taking jet sweeps and screens for big gains and handling kick/punt return duties. He’s dangerous with the ball in his hands showing tremendous balance and vision as a ball-carrier. He’s a tough competitor that’s shown continuous growth over the years and is coming off a strong summer circuit of showcases and 7-on-7 tournaments. Smith should be a favorite target of one of the best QBs in San Diego this season and hopefully pick up some offers along the way.

Tajon Evans Tajon Evans 6'0" | 180 lbs | WR Mira Mesa | 2022 State CA – Mira Mesa, 2022
Evans brings tenacity and a competitive edge to the position that’s promising to watch. He’s unafraid to absorb hits over the middle and make tough catches in traffic. He’s a quick-twitch athlete and a crafty route-runner showing a variety of releases. He has reliable hands and shows strength and balance shedding tackles as a receiver and returner. He currently holds offers from Fresno St. and Utah St. and should see interest from more schools with a strong senior season.
Malachi Keels- Orange Glen, 2022
Keels is an athletic playmaker that’s a tough cover for any secondary. He’s a standout receiver with an impressive combination of natural athleticism and football skills/instincts. He’s an extremely shifty player showing great footspeed and balance. He runs crisp routes and has soft hands capable of securing deep targets or in traffic. He totaled 9 touchdowns and averaged almost 10 catches per game during the 5-game spring season and will certainly be a focal point of the Orange Glen offense in the fall.
