This 2021 preseason 3<sup>rd</sup> Team All-State list has a combination of 2022, 2023, and 2024 classes. It is based on factors such as last season’s film, stats, college interests, and the ability to move up to 2<sup>nd</sup> team post-season.
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Defensive Line:</strong></p>
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="64059" first="Kameron" last="Cheatom"]</strong> <em>(Brashear; Junior) </em>Cheatom is still raw but can be elite and the next best d-end from the city league. Excited to see how he improved from last season.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="160287" first="James" last="Heard Jr"]</strong> <em>(St. Joe’s Prep; Junior) </em>Heard transferred to St. Joe’s Prep this offseason from New Jersey. He already has plenty of P5 offers. Last season he had 25 tackles, 20 solo, with 3 ½ sacks.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="27567" first="Anthony" last="Smith"]</strong> <em>(Shippensburg; Senior) </em>Smith committed to Minnesota. He’s a big kid who plays DE but could see moving to DT in college.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="27661" first="Lavon" last="Johnson"]</strong> <em>(Allentown Central Catholic; Senior) </em>Johnson is a big kid. He’s got multiple P5 offers. Good get off with some twitch. High motor kid.

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Linebackers:</strong></p>
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91648" first="Phil" last="Picciotti"] </strong><em>(Pennridge; Junior) </em>Picciotti has 8 P5 offers, and it’s not surprise why. He’s physical with quickness and speed, who is a good tackler. According to MaxPreps, he recorded 60 tackles and 6 sacks last season.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="87829" first="Khalif" last="Kemp"]</strong> <em>(Imhotep; Senior) </em>Kemp committed to Temple. He transferred to Imhotep from Upper Dublin. He’s got good size who is a hard-nosed tackler.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="27628" first="Cole" last="Weightman"]</strong> <em>(Belle Vernon; Senior) </em>Weightman has been very productive this last 2 seasons. In his junior campaign he recorded 129 total tackles, 29 tackles for loss, and 4 sacks.
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Defensive Backs: </strong></p>
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="64025" first="Jerome" last="Mullins"]</strong> <em>(Rochester: Junior) </em>Believe Mullins is a P5 cornerback. He had a productive season last year as a 1st-year starter. He recorded 37 total tackles with 26 solo and 3 INT’s.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="69461" first="Geo" last="Fabian"]</strong> <em>(Northeast: Senior) </em>I believe Fabian is a little underrated and think he can be a P5 corner if he has a really good senior year. He has a couple of G5 offers.
<strong><em> </em></strong>
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="27619" first="Jamir" last="Reyes"] </strong><em>(Imhotep Charter; Senior) </em>Reyes committed to Army and I think that was a steal. Really surprised he didn’t get any other offers. He’s quick with good speed. Reads and reacts well. Shows to be physical.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91825" first="Drevon" last="Miller-Ross"]</strong> <em>(Sto-Rox; Junior)</em> Miller-Ross had a really good sophomore season. He recorded 64 total tackles and 5 INT’s. He is physical. Exciting to see what he does this season.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91497" first="Jay" last="Pearson"]</strong> <em>(Sto-Rox; Junior)</em> Pearson is quick with good speed, shows to track ball carriers down from other side of the field. He is physical, can quickly shed off blocks.
