The movement starts at the top where Lee’s Summit North offensive lineman Cayden Green Cayden Green 6'5" | 310 lbs | OL Lee's Summit North | 2023 State MO moved up to the No. 1 spot after being ranked fourth in the 2021 post-season rankings last winter. Green, a 6-foot-5, 310-pounder, has blown up in the recruiting circles and recently a top 10 school list of Iowa, Georgia, Oklahoma, Missouri, Nebraska, Kentucky, Texas A&M, LSU, Michigan and Notre Dame while noting that his recruitment is still open. Green has more than a year before he can sign a letter of intent with a college and his recruitment will be fun to watch.
The No. 2 overall prospect in the updated Missouri Class of 2023 rankings was a player was wasn’t included in the rankings at all last time around but has quickly established himself as one of the Midwest’s top talents. Platte County defensive end Chandavian Bradley Chandavian Bradley 6'5" | 215 lbs | DL Platte County | 2023 State MO is a lightning quick 6-6 and 210 pounds and his sophomore season HUDL highlights are a lot of fun to watch — unless you’re an opposing quarterback. College coaches must agree because he’s quickly accumulating a list of scholarship offers from the top programs in college football, including Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Michigan, Penn State and Wisconsin. The last two offers came within the past 24 hours of this story being published.
De Smet cornerback Christian Gray Christian Gray 6'1" | 175 lbs | DB De Smet | 2023 State MO , the No. 4 prospect in the updated 2023 rankings, moved up from No. 7.
Massive Raytown offensive lineman Logan Reichert Logan Reichert 6'7" | 350 lbs | OL Raytown | 2023 State MO , who stands 6-8 and 355 pounds, went from unranked to the No. 5 overall spot. His offer list includes Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Michigan, Texas A&M and Arkansas.
Troy Buchanan defensive end-outside linebacker Jahkai Lang Jahkai Lang 6'3" | 240 lbs | DL Troy Buchanan | 2023 State MO made a big jump from No. 38 to No. 10. The 6-3, 240-pounder has offers from Arizona, Kansas State, Kentucky, Michigan State, Minnesota, Missouri, Washington State and Wisconsin.
CBC defensive lineman Tyler Gant Tyler Gant 6'3" | 280 lbs | DL CBC | 2023 State MO moved up from No. 17 to No. 11. Washington defensive lineman Trevor Buhr Trevor Buhr 6'4" | 260 lbs | DL Washington | 2023 State MO moved up from No. 25 to No. 16.
CBC athlete Jeremiyah Love Jeremiyah Love 6'1" | 195 lbs | RB CBC | 2023 State MO , who missed his sophomore season with an injury but won the 100-meter dash at the Missouri Class 5 track and field championships, made a big jump from the watch list all the way to No. 19. He received an early offer from Missouri after impressing at camps.
Blue Springs running back Lamana Tapusoa Lamana Tapusoa 5'10" | 205 lbs | RB Blue Springs | 2023 HI , who has an early offer from Nevada, entered the rankings at No. 20 overall, followed by another newcomer, Liberty North quarterback Sam Van Dyne Sam Van Dyne 6'3" | 200 lbs | QB Liberty North | 2023 State MO , at No. 21.
West Plains wide receiver Heston Miller Heston Miller 6'2" | 195 lbs | WR West Plains | 2023 State MO , a 6-2, 195-pounder with track speed and big-play ability, checks in at No. 23 overall after not previously being ranked.
