QB Standouts
Damarion McPherson – Memorial 2024 – 5’7 150lbs
McPherson possesses a very good athletic profile, hitting 32.9” on the vertical jump, a 1.56 10yd split, and a 4.79 40yd dash. He has good feet, solid short-area quickness, and the ability to pick up yards on the ground. Damarion even hit a few deep shots and out routes vs. tight coverage at the showcase. He is looking forward to learning under senior QB Ethan Lollar at Frisco Memorial before getting his opportunity to take the reigns.
Brennan Myer – Wakeland 2024 – 6’1 175lbs
Myer had a strong performance for an underclassman. He has solid footwork and is decisive with the ball, placing it where only the receiver can make a play. Brennan has the ability to push the ball on the deep out, and into the window outside the numbers vs. Cover 2.
RB Standouts
Cooper Snyder – Wakeland 2024 – 6’1 180lbs
Snyder is a long and lean running back. He had one of the fastest times in the 505 drill, showing off a quick change of direction both during the test and throughout the camp on his cuts. He has good hands and could be a mismatch weapon in the passing game.
Jackson McGaha – St. John XXIII 2022 – 5’11 195lbs
McGaha is light on his feet and has a strong jump cut. He is a good route runner and has reliable hands. The best part of his game happens when you turn on the film though. Jackson has solid contact balance, runs behind his pads, and has the power to rip through arm tackles.
Eli Martin – Fairfield 2023 – 5’9 185lbs
Despite having a knee brace, Martin posted the 4th highest 40 time at 4.73. He moved well laterally and is a good route runner. Eli’s high motor, bowling bowl frame, and strong contact balance help him to bounce off would-be tacklers.
OL Standouts
OT Austin DeArmond – Reagan 2022 – 6’5 285lbs
DeArmond has a big frame, a strong base, and long arms. He moves well for his size, covering a fair amount of ground on his kick slide. Austin has a strong punch and can be dominant when he gets latched on to the defender.
OG Jared Bedell – Heritage 2022 – 6’5 290lbs
Bedell is a big body on the interior. He has a good base, long arms, and solid lateral movement that helps him get in position to use his strong punch.
