We’ve finished revamping the 23’ rankings totaling 183 ranked players. With that being said, let’s take a look at the Top Defensive Backs.

Mr. Walters comes into the rankings at the number 1 spot, he played on Varsity as a Sophomore this spring where he didn't disappoint. He attacks downhill, makes open-field tackles, and has the closing speed to cover sideline to sideline. Mr. Walters currently holds an offer from The University of Tennessee as well as from Syracuse University. He still has room to hone his craft and develop further, as he does look for more offers to come his way.

Mr. Gooden comes into the rankings at the number 2 spot, he played on Varsity as a Sophomore this spring showcasing what he can do. He makes open-field tackles, has the closing speed to cover sideline to sideline, and attacks downhill. Mr. Gooden has a good frame standing at 6'2 180 and has been putting in the work this off-season. He's a name to know as he continues to develop further and hone his craft.

He covers sideline to sideline with his closing speed, attacks downhill, and makes open-field tackles. Mr. Taylor stands at 6'0 190, runs a 4.56 40-yard dash, and runs a 4.03 pro agility. He's a name to watch as he continues to develop further and honing his craft.

He gets hands-on when pressing, stays with his man in coverage forcing incomplete passes, and runs receivers off their routes. Mr. Duffie has good size standing at 6’1 170 at DB and he’s a track star as well. He’s a name to keep an eye on this fall and during the camp circuit as he’s prone to have offers come his way.

Mr. Breeman has a good frame standing at 6’0 180 and is a name to keep an eye on heading into the fall season.
