[player_tooltip player_id="30184" first="Andrew" last="DeVries"] - Zeeland East - OL/DL - 6’3 295 - #70
I have said it once and will say it again, but the number one way to get noticed by a college football program is to have the measurables desired to play at the next level, Andrew checks that box. He has a natural stance, not giving away his blocking assignment in his initial alignment. He moves down the line very well and finishes the block at the point of attack. He dominates his man often when asked to drive block, and can get to the playside shoulder of the DL when he is zone blocking. He is disruptive on the Defensive Line, and doesn’t get moved off the ball very easy at all. I really like his film on both sides of the ball, and could see him playing either side of the ball at the next level.

Skye VanderKuyl - Zeeland West - TE/DL - 6’4 225 - #88
Skye has a lot of potential, being a 6’4 Tight End in the Wing-T offense, he is asked to do a lot of things that traditional tackles do while run blocking. I could see him sliding inside more at the next level because he will have the frame to bulk up and hold his own, and he will bring some athleticism and solid footwork with him in there. Zeeland West is coached by a Michigan High School Football legend in John Shillito, and if there is anything college programs know about his players, they are well coached, disciplined, and very hard workers. Skye could be the next in line to be a great college player coming out of Zeeland West.

[player_tooltip player_id="30239" first="Zachary" last="Hop"] - Holland - QB - 6’5 230 - #15
There is a common theme throughout this OK-Green prospect preview, and that is the size that college programs often look for. Zach checks that box regardless of what position he plays at the next level. He is a big dude who can move well. I think it is too early to tell if he can play QB in college, but I know he has the skill set and athleticism to play somewhere. He is very effective at designed QB runs, and also shows the ability to deliver an accurate pass whether it be from the pocket or keeping the play alive while on the run. I really like what Zach can do, and am excited to watch him throughout his senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id="30158" first="Myles" last="Walton"] - Muskegon - QB/DB/Slot - 5’11 185 - #8
Electric. Myles has been making plays on varsity since his freshman year, which is saying a lot when you play for the all time winningest program in the state. During his junior year, he lines up at QB and Slot WR, and makes plays at both. He’s the kind of guy who never looks like he is running full speed, and is still a couple of gears ahead of everyone else on the field. The thing that stands out the most about Myles is that he is tough, he plays hard, and he doesn’t go down easy. As good as he is on offense, I think he projects even better as a Defensive Back prospect. He is always around the ball and plays with great footwork and anticipation when the ball is in the air.

[player_tooltip player_id="93664" first="Mark" last="Konecny"] - Mona Shores - QB/WR/DB - 6’ 200 - #10
Mark is going to be the ultimate wait and see the senior film guy. He had a very productive junior season for a team that has now won back-to-back state championships, while playing some QB, WR, and DB. Mark figures to replace a couple of legendary Mona Shores quarterbacks from the last few years, and got enough run at the position as a Junior to show that he is capable of adding his name to that list. He has good size, quiet speed, and a quick short release while slinging the ball around. He is another guy that could slot into many positions at the next level, and he checks the box as a straight football player regardless of position.

Keaunt’e Swarn - Union - RB/DB - 5’10 180 - #23
Grand Rapids Union broke the state’s longest active losing streak (45 straight games) in 2020, and Keaunt’e has been a big part of change in culture at GR Union. Entering year 2 under a new coaching staff, I could see Keaunt’e having a monster year out of the backfield for the RedHawks in 2021. He is very raw and very athletic, and him taking advantage of the off-season heading into his senior season is only going to help him be a football playing athlete as opposed to an athlete playing football.

[player_tooltip player_id="30292" first="Almarco" last="Fields"] - Reeths-Puffer - OL/DL - 6’5 315 - #74
Almarco is another guy who checks that size box, and this dude can really move at his size. I was shocked at how athletic he is and think he could be an absolute steal for a college program. He could play either side of the ball, although if I had to guess right now I would assume he would start on the defensive side at the next level. He needs to continue to develop into a guy who plays with his feet and hands more than just running guys over, but once he masters that aspect, his potential is limitless.

Isaiah Clark - Wyoming - OL/DL - 5’11 215 - #58
Isaiah played a lot of Outside Linebacker/Defensive End for Wyoming as a junior, and with a new coaching staff heading into his Senior season, I am intrigued in how he progresses in a different scheme. This is a gauntlet of a league, with a lot of size in the trenches for most teams, and Isaiah was able to hold his ground very well. He is very strong, and can move quite well for his size. I could see him sliding into a 3 technique at the next level if he is able to bulk up heading into his senior year.
