Ohio Division 6/7 All State Team 2020 – Defense

The Buckeye State did not disappoint this year with big time talent and performances out of Division 6 and 7. The following players represent the 1st Team Defense.
DL: <strong>Gunner King</strong> - Columbus Grove - 6'2 285 2021 - Very quick off the ball and plays physical. Had an outstanding year for the Bulldogs.

DL: <strong>Eli Franks</strong> - McComb - 6'2 270 2022 - Dominated Division 7 all year long from the Nose position.

DL: <strong>Chase Walker</strong> - North Robinson Colonel Crawford - 6'5 200 2021 - Really fast and athletic. Affected every game he played in tremendous ways.

DL: <strong>Noah Willis</strong> - Troy Christian - 6'3 225 2021 - Absolutely dominate opponents all year long. Great tackler and technician.

LB: <strong>Jake Hurst</strong> - Mechanicsburg - 5'8 165 2022 - Defensive Player of the Year in Division 6. Has a real nose for the ball and is a great tackler.

LB: <strong>Jack Bunn</strong> - Wickliffe - 6'4 225 2021 - Outstanding technique and tackling ability. I was impressed with his patience to the ball.

LB: <strong>Weston Melick</strong> - East Knox - 6'2 220 2021 - Two sport star in East Knox. Had a really good year at the Linebacker position.

DB: <strong>Asian Burt</strong> - St. Thomas Aquinas - 6'1 190 2021 - Athletic, fast, and technique are all on point. His stats are off the charts.
