5 Early 2022 Names to Watch: Part 2
Here is a second installment of 2022 names to watch as a continue our early look at the upcoming class of prospects.

OT [player_tooltip player_id="59463" first="Nick" last="Williams"], Fox Creek Charter, 6’5, 300
The offers are starting to pour in for Williams as Arkansas, Coastal Carolina, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Penn State, Syracuse, and Tennessee have come in and more should follow. Like [player_tooltip player_id="61070" first="Antonio" last="Williams"] in a previous installment, he was invited to the East vs. West Junior Showcase last month where he played left tackle and stood out in a big way. Williams has great size, good feet, and is almost impossible to get around. He should rise up the rankings after that strong performance and is someone we believe could hold more than 20 P5 offers by the summer time.

WR [player_tooltip player_id="59464" first="Adam" last="Randall"], Myrtle Beach, 6’3 198
Randall could actually end up challenging for the top spot in the rankings as he is quite the dynamic player. In 2020 he hauled in 46 catches for 1,011 yards and 9 touchdowns showing big play ability and a second gear to take it to the house when he gets in open space. Randall adjusts well to the ball, has good quickness, and can take the top off a defense. He was named Class 4A First-Team All-State in 2020 and has already committed to play in the 2022 UA All-America Game. The highly touted prospect committed to play for Clemson on Christmas Day.

DE [player_tooltip player_id="59466" first="DJ" last="Aiken"], Bluffton, 6’5, 265
The massive end from Bluffton has already been offered by Auburn, Coastal Carolina, Florida State, Georgia, and Tennessee. Aiken was named Class 4A First-Team All-State and it is no wonder why as he uses power and strength along with some speed to get in the backfield on a consistent basis. He is very good against both the run and pass using his size to overwhelm blockers. He does need to improve in his technique and continue to development but the potential is there for him to become an impact player at the P5 level.

RB [player_tooltip player_id="59474" first="Khalique" last="Holland"], Greenville, 5’10, 180
Holland is a dynamic player to watch as he will line up as receiver, running back, return punts, and play defensive back. On defense he shows good ball skills and is versatile on offense. He is not afraid of contact, good receiver out of backfield, can run inside and outside, and is a willing blocker as well. Holland is a true all-purpose player whose speed makes him dangerous. Every year there are players who don’t get a lot of early offers but end up blowing up in prior to senior year and we expect that from Holland. So far, he only holds an offer from Campbell so far but has gotten heavy interest from Duke, East Carolina, Coastal Carolina, Georgia State, and Michigan among others.

WR [player_tooltip player_id="91168" first="Shamontae" last="Burgess"], Lake City, 5’10, 170
Here is a real sleeper to keep an eye on whose only offer so far is Savannah State. Burgess is a two-time All-Region selection already whose film is quite impressive. He is slippery for tacklers and has the speed to break a big gain at any time. He is a fluid and smooth route runner who can change direction quickly on offense who also shows skill on the defensive side of the ball. Burgess rounds out his game by being an impact player in the return game where he can score. Despite his diminutive size he can high point the football well and is very athletic. We expect him to go from unrated with no FBS offers to a solid 3-star with at least 8-10 FBS offers by the end of the spring.
